East Coast Bays Library was first opened in 1972, is now one of the largest libraries on the North Shore, and is always bustling with activity.
The library has a broad selection of materials to satisfy the wide ranging
needs of the local community, and shares the Village Green with the Community
Creche, Senior Citizens', Plunket,
