NEW YEAR’S MESSAGE from NICK GRIFFIN.

nick-griffin.jpg “We’re the ones who modernised the BNP – and we’re the ones who intend to keep it modernised.”

“The Griffin clique makes the BNP unelectable.” Needless to say, this isn’t exactly a new smear, nor is it one traditionally only directed at me; as mainstream commentators such as Peter Hitchens and Richard Littlejohn have pointed out so often, smear-words such as ‘Nazi’ and ‘fascist’ have been routinely thrown by the liberal-left at anyone who has warned of the dangers of mass immigration over the last forty years.

What is new, however, is that I’ve recently been called this by a group  of individuals who claim publicly to be mainstream nationalists, but who privately are ‘hardliners’ who loath our paper ‘Freedom’ because it is ‘soft’, who hate BNP members who happen to be Jewish, and who are bitterly hostile to Dave Hannam’s Great White Records operation precisely because it is moving nationalist music on from the grim, raucous, counter-productive hatred of the old neo-Nazi Blood & Honour scene with which they still associate.

A few of the small group currently attacking people like me and Mark Collett on account of things we said or wrote more than a decade ago in my case, or when he was no more than a boy in Mark’s, possibly genuinely believe that we haven’t changed. Most, however, are perfectly well aware of the fact that the real extremists who still infest and discredit the fringes of the British nationalist movement are at present heavily involved in an attempt to work with the far-left (shades of the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact!) to discredit the BNP in general and me in particular. If one looks at their blogs, for example, nowadays one can hardly see any difference in the smears between them and those of the far left. Interesting.

Why is this? Why am I so hated by the Blood & Honour skinheads who Kenny Smith and Sadie Graham invite to their ‘socials’, want to bring back into the party, and use to try to intimidate decent nationalists? Because they once believed I was one of them ideologically and spiritually, and have quietly fought me and the other genuine modernisers every inch of the way as we’ve sought to remodel the BNP and make it electable.

Behind the scenes, their little group kicked up a huge fuss when I refused to kick out Lawrence Rustem because his father was a Turkish Cypriot.  Lawrence is now a very well-respected BNP councillor, but they still want him out. The allies of the phoney ‘modernisers’- individuals who have been shown on television as grown men ‘sieg-heiling’ as little as two years ago, in displays of seriously politically suicidal moronicism - tried to force me to sack Martin Wingfield several years ago for the ‘crime’ of quoting in Freedom press coverage of a northern BNP council candidate saying that he wasn’t a racist and loved his mixed-race grandchildren.

Precious diversity

Now, I have done more than anyone else to establish the ‘BNP line’ that holds passionately that human cultural and genetic diversity is as precious as the diversity of the rest of the natural world, and should be preserved, which leads us to reject racial integration and to have far more in common with black separatists such as the younger Muhammed Ali than with liberal-capitalist promoters of miscegenation.

But there is a world of difference between holding as we do that people of goodwill of all races and cultures should preserve our God-given differences through mutually agreed separation, and the brutal and politically disastrous hatred exhibited by the ‘14 Words’ cultists when they describe the unfortunate young victims of propaganda-induced racial integration as ‘muds’ and want to expel a grandfather from the BNP because his grown-up daughter fell in love with an African.

Yes, I expect almost everyone (non-whites included) reading this will agree with me that we wouldn’t want to see it in our own families, but to claim that the Party or the State has the right to interfere in private affairs of the heart displays all too clearly the fanatical intolerance produced by the very un-British totalitarianisms of the bloody 20th Century. Totalitarianisms of which the worst examples were Hitler and Stalin, whose heirs are now in league running various smear websites to do down the modernised BNP - and those of us who created it.

The cultists’ anger against me and the mainstream BNP grew even greater when Pat Richardson stood for us in Epping Forest and became our first ever Jewish councillor. According to them Pat shouldn’t even be in the party, let alone be one of our biggest council group leaders.

Nazi Militant Tendency

The final straw for this ultra-right Militant Tendency within and on the fringes of the BNP came in March 2006. Concerned about the influence of cranky neo-Nazi conspiracy theories on the Internet, and in an effort to rid the British nationalist movement for good of the taint of Nazism, I published online a ground-breaking article: By their fruits (or lack of them) shall you know them. Read it here.

The introduction set the tone: “If the neo-cons didn’t have the ‘world-Jewish conspiracy’ theorists to hamstring patriotic opposition to their war, they’d have to invent them. Nick Griffin warns against a monumental blunder.”

It was this article more than any other which convinced the neo-Nazi Militant Tendency that unfortunately still lurked in the British nationalist movement that “Griffin must go”, and that they must seek out any conceivable allies, ranging from the far-left to gullible populists, in their bid to pull off a ‘coup’ against not just me but also against the spirit of the BNP’s constitution and the clearly expressed views of the Voting Members at two successive conferences.

Despite having been written nearly two years ago, the article is as relevant as ever, and I urge even those who read it at the time to take the time to re-read it once again. It should have been on our site permanently already but our former web editor, after only publishing it under pressure from me, twice secretly ‘spiked’ the article. Thus the most serious attempt to put behind us the mutually supporting vicious circle of gentile anti-Semitism and Jewish hostility to gentile nationalism since NF founder AK Chesterton published his ‘The Tragedy of Anti-Semitism’ was repeatedly sabotaged by an individual now running an anti-BNP blog propagating the myth that I stand in the way of modernising the BNP.

But at least, by reading the whole of my article that so angered them and their Nazi thug allies, and which so alarmed the Searchlight Zionists who make such a good living out of nationalist anti-Semitism, you will understand what this is really all about: This is a battle for the heart and soul of the British National Party, and perhaps even of nationalism in the entire English-speaking world.

While some of us do indeed have ‘extremist’ pasts, the point is that they are truly in the past, and that we’ve done something truly extraordinary in not just moving on personally, but in bringing the vast bulk of a once institutionally extreme movement with us and into a new era of genuine, principled modernism.

On the other hand, a small clique (relentlessly backed by the far-left) has been plotting behind the scenes to use lies, character assassination and deceit to hijack the BNP and drag it back into an ugly past of mythical ‘Jewish conspiracies’, juvenile cross-burnings and crude race hate.

Meanwhile, someone within the same clique has now provided (sold?) the addresses of an unknown number of BNP members to an openly neo-Nazi outfit to send them advertising material for clearly illegal and deeply disgusting extremist propaganda. To those decent BNP members who have in the last couple of days received unsolicited mailshots from one Simon Shepherd I can only apologise and urge them to consign the filth to the bin. Shepherd is the hardcore and unreconstructed extremist who set up and ran John Tyndall’s Spearhead website, and will no doubt have taken malicious delight at the thought of disturbing decent people’s New Year’s Eve with his political pornography. Greater proof of the bad faith of the Smith/Graham/Blake gang, and - apart from our former web editor’s hacking of the private email accounts of national and local BNP officials - a greater betrayal of the trust that was placed in them, it is hard to imagine.

Fortunately, the moment their plotting was uncovered and exposed, they lost not just that battle but the entire war. We are now in the mopping up phase, with a whole team of loyal people working hard not just to return things to ‘normal’ but to improve things (as regular visitors to this site will already have seen over the last couple of weeks) and actively seeking to learn lessons from last year’s near brush with disaster so as to ensure that our new organisation is even stronger and more stable than before.

And, meanwhile, we’re pressing on with the vital tasks for the New Year - particularly organising to win in London in May. That’s why BNP activists from all over the country will be joining our hard-working colleagues in our capital city on our first Weekend of Action on 19th - 20th January. I hope to see you there - working to push the electable, modern, moderate, principled British National Party to another record high on our long road to the summit of power that we must scale to save our land and our people.

May 2008 be our best year ever, rid of elements who have sought to hold us back, and filled with the promise of electoral breakthroughs which will see our beloved country pulled back from the brink.  I wish you and yours the very best for the New Year.

Nick Griffin

Leader, British National Party.

  1. What amazes me about the left and their charge that the BNP doesn’t modernise, is that they are the ones who are all too willing to physically oppose, quite often with violence, any BNP meeting.

They accuse the BNP of not modernising, but try their damndest to physically stop the BNP from doing so!

That cause and effect should be exposed more.

  2. I have just re-read the article mentioned. It is clearer the second time around and makes heaps of sense. I personally could never subscribe to the ‘Jewish World Conspiracy’ theory. I understand the Jews, as an identifiable people, consider themselves to be superior to Gentiles and like to keep things amongst themselves but to me that is not a bad thing. Like true Nationalists, we prefer our own. I could never contemplate being part of any organisation that promoted hate for it’s own sake. The British National Party is becoming the sort of no-nonsense organisation that I know will become mainstream as long as the modernisation goes on and the crazies are kept out. Good luck to you all.

  3. I’ve just been doing a spot of tidying up, as in, re-arranging my CD collection and came across an album by Lindisfarne; “The Best of Lindisfarne, 16 Classic Tracks”.
Having not listened to it for a long time, I played the whole album and especially track 9 entitled ‘Clear White Light’ more than twice! The first line is with the whole band in harmony, no instruments, the words of which go like this:
“Do you believe a clear white light is going to guide us on?”
The first thought that came into my head upon hearing these few words after so long was Nick Griffin and the British National Party.
Best wishes and a Happy New Year to you and your family Mr. Griffin and of course the BNP Team, but not least of all, the thousands of members and supporters nationwide.
I believe that 2008 is our year.

  5. We’ve all said and done, even thought things that we regret. One ‘matures and progresses by fault’ as they say. On a related topic: My one and only Son got married recently and his Best Man (Jack to protect his identity) was Afro-Carribean and his wife was not. My son and Jack were life-long friends. It was a great wedding - from what I can remember of it. A few weeks after the wedding, Jack’s mum died after a 10 year battle with the big C. She was flown home (as she had requested) to Kingston, Jamaica. Her inconsolable husband has since left England to be with his soul mate and tend her grave, until he dies. People, fools, fascists accuse us in the British National Party of being racist but it is a scurrilous slur. I would rather die to defend any of the ‘good’ people from Jamaica than anyone I can think of in that Rat House of a parliament that mis-rules us all, whatever our colour, race or creed.

  6. Without modernisation, the BNP will never attain power. The closer we come to attaining this ideological and sensible balance, the more the liberal-left squeal.

It is so important that BNP members who know themselves to be loyal and true of heart step out of the shadows… with Tony Linsell’s ‘An English Nationalism’ in one hand and a Voice of Freedom in the other.

  7. Way to go, Nick… you have been, (and will, no doubt, continue to be), the leader that has, in essence, popularised British Nationalism. The new website is part of that ongoing revolution. The honesty and openness that you have demonstrated, in exposing the hard-core of disruptors within the party, is proof that the new age of the BNP is upon us. I, and many others, admire the way in which you have waded chest-deep through the abuse and the smears.. how you have kept YOUR dignity when all around were losing theirs. What you have endured.. and continue to endure, via the press, the net, and through the written media.. and those buggers are getting increasingly desperate in their attempts to keep the BNP down… would have defeated most of us by now.. but you, and we, can help the British people see through the lies and smears… keep up the good work, Nick, and the very, very Best of British from me and the (Yank) hubby for 2008.

  9. Well done Nick I have just taken time out of my new years eve celebrations to look up and report back what the B.N.P have wished all of us for the new year. In all organisations there are people who are less than genuine, thank god you found them in time. I feel that this year is our year and that possibly last year should have been. Maybe we have been held back by the enemy within. Good luck and god speed for your efforts in 2008.

  12. Well I’m glad to see the end of 2007, I must admit. But what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. When you’re shot by both sides you know you’re in the right place; away from the extremes and where the majority of people are. The majority of British people support the BNP’s main policies, and the BNP doesn’t really need the small minority of extremists or uncompromising whiners. So Happy New Year, Nick, and all BNP members and supporters.

  13. Be careful what you wish for in 2008, you lib/lab/con/eu traitors and supporters, because there’s a really troublesome, really annoying and really patriotic new guy in town called THE BRITISH NATIONAL PARTY! We’ll defend our country to the death and beyond - can you beat that???

  14. New Year Greetings to the BNP, Chairman, leadership team, members and supporters. As the news team has just commented, I too am convinced 2008 WILL be THE year for the Party. As the real British people of these beautiful sceptred isles become increasingly aware of the dreadful state of this once great nation has degenerated into, due to the greed, deviousness and ineptitude of the those who like to describe themselves leaders. Wake up Britain, and speak up loud and clear.

  15. Thought provoking New Year message from the chairman. Feel certain that, like myself, all members and supporters will be pleased to learn that the leadership was resolute, but rational and democratic in swiftly dealing with the would be saboteurs. To me, somewhat naive, and with little knowledge of politics it beggars belief that opportunists should attempt to sabotage and derail a successful operation, outside of the clearly defined democratic framework. One can only assume that they were indeed “the enemy within” agents of the enemies of the party. Very sad.

  16. Nick Griffin and the whole team have led the BNP into a new league.
They have become a mainstream, respectable party who people can identify with. I always say they are the ‘ old Conservative party’ before they turned extreme left under ‘ Dave’.

We must push forward in the coming London elections and show those on the fringe of voting BNP it is an alternative to the corrupt established order.

I am 60 and this is the strongest team we have fielded in my time. Lets go for goal and get a result in 2008.

Happy New Year to all, and a special Happy New Year to Mr Griffin and his wife and family.

  18. A Happy and Prosperous New Year to all nationalists everywhere. Well done to Nick and all concerned in exposing the rabble rousers within. The party is far better off without them.
Lets give Red Ken and his cohorts apoplexy in May.

  19. As this battle raged around us, the BNP members on the ground simply got on with the job; leafletting, canvassing and remaining aware that splits and factions are not an option if we are going to progress.
Ok, there’s been a storm and we’ve suffered some damage, but whenever the British are up against a crisis, they don’t weep and wail; they pull together, help each other and emerge the stronger for it. That’s what we’re doing now.

I wish Nick and his family and all loyal members and supporters of the BNP a very happy and successful New Year. Bless you all.

  20. Its nice to see some sense coming to the fore, I was undecided before I analyzed the information from both sides, the name calling & slander on the traitorous blog is beyond belief, any credibility they had before has been lost with this webblog, their blog has sunk their ship, putting pictures of babies up & sob stories about police raids, the police where just doing their job, Sadie fails to mention the fact that pictures of here are in the public domain with her brandishing a huge sniper rifle, all you have to do is do a Google image search putting in the words “Sadie Graham gun” & you will se exactly what I mean, weather it was a real illegal weapon or a replica imitation firearm is immaterial, it puts across the wrong image, lets hope the police recover this weapon,

  22. Reality dictates that just as the labour party recoiled from the wishes of the trotskies when they realised how simple it would be to take over constituency parties to install their chosen men/women so anyone in any party can still repeat this process.

A Judge named Coke in 1495 said not even the Devil himself knows the intent in a mans mind. That may be interpreted from his time when commoners had no say in how their lives were controlled to our time when we must rally together to speak our minds whilst we still can(are permitted)and reject the philosophy that is spreading around this Island.

The main problems which face our lives are not those Africans who may be the nicest people in the world but those people from whichever continent who come here for the purpose of making money by illegal means irrespective of the consequences to their victims.

The matters which concern nationalists are the basic needs of life.

These we know well from housing through health to employment after education.

religions from abroad are a threat when we face their expansion as we do today and have done for two generations here at home.

The Govt of Lib/Lab/Con fear nationalism here as they have realised how it has risen in those places where they themselves have encouraged it to happen.Gordon Brown was an architect in 1988 with his pledge to independence for Scotland. As he sowed the seed so he reaps the harvest.

2008 will be a year when Brown will manipulate the Govt to attempt to show he can do a good job.The reality may be that he and Milibrand may have to retreat from their position and call what may be the last general Election permitted in Great Britain.

If anything 2008 has to be the year we get a member into parliament just as Labour succeeded in doing a century ago.

  23. Well done to Nick Griffin and his team, organisers, activists, supporters. THANK YOU. The modernisation of the BNP has been necessary and has returned big dividends over the past year. This has given great encouragement to members and supporters alike. However, we must carry this on through 2008 which looks very promising and exciting. The three main parties have been restricted what they say and do through being supporters of this dreadful EU and people are now at last seeing them for what they are, seeing through thier lies and waste. The only way this group of over paid bunch of mediocre politicians can attack the BNP is through character assasinations and lies. During this new year we each must inform as many people as possible via word of mouth what the BNP is about and be proud to hold a membership card. We must communicate with as many of our local newspapers and local radio stations as possible and post our proper name to letters, websites, blogs etc and only use another where necessary. A very Happy New Year to everyone, members, supporters and other readers of this very informative website.

  24. How nice to read people’s comments and views in response to Nick Griffin’s New Year’s Message.

I feel I am part of a larger family with the BNP. Like any family we have stormy weathers ; but they pass because we stick together and work through it.

As a family we can all contribute in the way that suits us. We can come forward as candidates, or canvassing, donations, buying merchandice from the shop or writing about the merits of the BNP. Every little helps as the saying goes.

Let us make 2008 our year and start by taking back our capital city in the May elections.

Happy NEW Year to every one of you.

  28. I hope this year will bring us more supporters and voters and give credence to our aims and policies.
This can only be done if we show a united and strong image,so no more infighting and bad publicity, this way we can move forward to take our place as an electable party.

  29. A few years ago my local sports club went through a similar trauma - albeit on a smaller scale - with a clique trying to steer the club away from its core direction, including mail-shooting all club members to support them in their putsch.
We consulted older and wiser sages from our affiliating body and was told “Play it down, don’t rise to the bait or make war and it’ll all settle down” We did, and it did.
The rebels went away to form their own club, which has now become moribund, and our original club has increased its membership by fifty percent.
    That was good advice.

B.T.W. Perhaps it’s time to take a leaf out of Labour’s book and change the name to Nu-BNP? Lol (Ugh!)

    Happy New Year everybody.

  31. Thank you, Nick for your New Year’s message, most timely.

Like others who have commented above, I wish you and your family a most encouraging 2008 - same goes for all BNPrs.

I hope that 2008 will see some more of those who must now realise their mistaken loyalty, being salvaged - only time will tell.

It is also encouraging that the plan to splinter the party failed so spectacularly, when all others in the past had evidently succeeded in forestalling genuine British nationalist political progress.

And other events, e.g. the engagement of Cllr Barnbrook and Ms Clarke, followed by major news stories overseas, quickly diverted the media’s attention, so that the Party was left to resolve current difficulties with minimum outside interference.

I like to think, therefore, that, in spite of everything, we still have a Guardian - and I don’t mean the newspaper.

P.S. Re: any ‘Jewish Conspiracy,’ so-called. If a Jewish person forsakes his religion, anything is possible but no Jewish Conspiracy could ever be undertaken by any Jewish community loyal to their own scriptures: “And seek the peace of the city whither I have caused you to be carried away captives, and pray to the Lord for it: for in the peace thereof shall ye have peace” Jeremiah 29:7.

“The city” could be any city in the British Isles or in the Gentile world.

Contrast the above with Islam, which demands that all nations such as Britain, in Dar-al-Harb, the House of War, be forced into Dar-al-Islam, the House of Islam.

I think everyone will agree that there is quite a difference.

  35. With so many excellent comments there is little I can add except perhaps one point: three thousand years ago, Greek philosopher Socrates attracted a considerable following among the young men of athens, to whom he taught that it should be the purpose of each in his life to be a good man, not to accumulate vast wealth and to fornicate with other men’s wives.
For this, the rulers convicted him of “corrupting the youth” of Athens and ordered him to commit suicide by drinking hemlock. A thousand years later, Jesus preached much the same thing, upsetting the corrupt, wealthy and all-powerful Jewish hierarchy so much that they murdered him. Those who are old enough will remember that, in modern times, following the Arab Israeli war in 1967, Egyptian president Anwar Sadat flew uninvited to Tel Aviv and brokered a peace agreement with Israel which has held to this day. For that, he was assassinated by militant Muslim hate-mongers for whom peace with anyone was anathema. These few recorded instances illustrate clearly that anyone who seeks to promote the better aspects of human nature, such as compassion, tolerance, kindness, conscience and a clear sense of right and wrong will incur the extreme wrath of the primitive, reptilian, powerlust- and avarice-driven rulers of the day. Nick Griffin is such a man and, unpalatable as this may be as we celebrate a new year, no stone must be left unturned, no loophole left unguarded, to ensure his personal safety at all times. I wish him - and all of us in the BNP - a happy and, above all, a well guarded 2008.

  36. What I really don’t understand about Peter Hitchens (Daily Mail) is that much of what he writes - if it can be called writing - seems to empathise what many people feel about everyday issues; yet he then condemns every political party and their leader on the planet. He never refers to the ‘tories’ but always and without exception, refers to them as ‘the useless tories’. He passionately believes in the death penalty (capital punishment euphemisms not wanted or required here) but only the British National Party would rightly introduce it for the most heinous of crimes such as child murder and terrorist murder. He refers to the death penalty as the ‘Gold Standard’ by which all other ‘justice’ is measured. Yet the european union forbids the use of the death penalty for any reason whatsoever. That rules out the lib/lab/con alliance who love this wretched beast, so who does he really support and who would he vote for? Is he in denial that he actually believes in and supports the BNP at heart but is too frightened to come out of the closet? Who the hell is Richard Littlejack?

  37. Excellent message, I fully support Mr. Griffin’s words. With Mr. Griffin at the helm the BNP is set for even greater advances, and with a modern and sophisticated message we can fulfil our destiny and give the indigenous British people hope for a better and brighter future. I wish everyone in the BNP and all patriots the very best for the new year. We are the only hope.

  38. If the modernisation of the BNP remains unaccepted and discouraged by the mainstream parties and media – what then?

I ran a search on the Guardian website using the term ‘BNP’. I found an article by Hugh Muir. The first and second line of which reads:

“The BNP. What are they like? We know they hate the brown people. But hey, they hate each other too.” http://www.guardian.co.uk/diary/story/0,,2229507,00.html

This was a very irresponsible comment to publish about the BNP. What incentive does it give people who, in the past, have tried to achieve their aims using brute force and ignorance to remain committed to reason and debate?

  39. Good luck and good health to Nick Griffin in 2008. As others have said the BNP must become more mainstream to attract the support it needs to gain political power.
As long as it is made crystal clear that any potential BNP candidates for local or central government elections must swear
allegiance to Britain first and have no other allegiances that may at some point take precedence over that allegiance then I can understand why the party is accepting candidates that at first glance may not seem natural BNP material.
A long game must be played here but as always the truth must be told. It is not anti-semitic or anti-islamic to tell the truth even if that makes it uncomfortable for those groups.

  40. The reason i became interested in the BNP was due to NICK GRIFFIN. Nick is the one man who will bring us more success, we must stand with him and fight for our home land. The reason people who want to discredit him is because they fear him as our leader, they want him out. I can tell them now - it is not going to happen. Wishing
Nick and all BNP members and supporters a great 2008

  41. This message should be seen as one of consolidation, and I hope this is what it ends up as. Sadly, I think there are some, who will view the ”modernisation” as a weakening of our core position, even though the leader has outlined our position on separation of the races, I think as long as we do not alienate every harliner, but bring them into the political real world like a gentle father would an erant child, hostility would be minimal. However, a word of warning to both those happy, and unhappy with this. A - If we stay as a hard line, on the edge nationalist group, the true conspirators will never give us a single line of good press, and those who dislike our leader now, who has done so much to mainstream our cause, would be brothers-in-arms, only up to a point. Let’s not forget, those, who like many of us, loved John Tyndall, soon chose the current leader when it suited us, and the time was right. B - Once that point had been reached, no amount of re-structuring would bring out the ”politician” in some of our hardliners. Many have never put out a leaflet, many still, have done so, but have complained about wearing a suit etc etc. The key is to compromise, as all political parties have had to do so. We are no different, and the BNP would one day, either sink, or stay alfoat depending on the decision we all took. I know where my platform is, and as a hardliner in many respects, I know we need to get the media to grudgingly take our line - this can only happen when they see we are right, and the people are behind us as a political party. All newspapers and other media, will soon shut up when the boot is on the other foot. My wish is that we all took time to reflect, so stay with us all you true nationalists, and enjoy the rest of the show, as we’ll all be important characters in the big production to come.

  42. I totally agree with our Chairmans article, and now hope that our legal team pursue Smith/Graham/Blake under the data protection act [1998] of which they have broken on several occassions since they were sacked as BNP officials.

  43. Happy new year everyone. It’s good to see a Chairman’s message of such quality to kick off 2008. Political parties, like individuals, either evolve and develop, or wither away; the person who never made a mistake is not likely to gain much in the way of wisdom in the future. It’s said that people mellow as they grow older, and it’s natural that one’s view and interpretation of the world should change over time. The important thing, the thing that really matters, is that the point you arrive at represents progress and development so that you can honestly say to yourself, ‘I am a better person’. Whether you are a ‘better person’ will be obvious to those around you. On the matter of the recent internal party troubles, which seem to be satisfactorily untangled and resolved, I would put the issue together with the fake blogs and pathetic insults from our detractors, inasmuch as they are both symptoms of increasing success and confidence on our part, and increasing failure and desperation on theirs. The Red Lizard & co. can’t stop the momentum building up behind the BNP by democratic means, so we must be on our guard for even more dirty tricks, lies and subversion. That said, 2008 will be a crucial year without doubt; and whatever actually transpires, at the very least we can be proud of the way we have kept our house in order, and shown such magnificent spirit shown by the good patriots on this site, who are and will continue the struggle to take back this country, and keep it safe for ourselves and future generations. Damn the torpedoes; Full steam ahead!

  45. Thankfully ‘Joe Public’, the average BNP voter is not not aware of any of this. They probably aren’t that political, they just vote BNP at elections because they think the BNP represent their aspirations (and fears etc). They probably know Nick Griffin by now because he’s a household name (that has taken years to achieve….) and think he’s “a good bloke” (he is). Our detractors have probably done less damage than they think.
We should be grateful for that and also remember this - “IF IT AIN’T BROKE, DON’T FIX IT” !!!!!

  48. Happy New Year to the Griffin family - may it bring you nothing but good things your way. To the saviours of Britain (which of course includes the Griffins), who are seen as heretics by the sleeping masses……to the BNP, I hope our previous victories are at the very least doubled. At most I hope my Country folk see what is happening under their own noses and start thinking for their Granchildren and not just themselves. Fingers crossed before we lose diversity in this World of ours and Britain evaporates. Happy New Year to all British Nationalists!

  49. A lot of anger still around.

It is interesting that if any member of the mainstream White population levels any criticism of any minority group, no matter how justified, they are automatically scorned and viewed as suspect. If a member of a minority group makes the same or even a more cutting observation, it is considered as ‘Brave’ or ‘Challenging’ and insightful or the like.

A few years ago a tory MP, I have forgotten who, said that it was up to minority groups to condemn the then current levels of immigration, as they would not be called ‘Racist’

What a great example of how brainwashed and ‘Guilt Ridden’ we have all become. The Marxists among us have done their work well over the years, especially in our schools.

Here in Notting Hill, an area of London that is most viciously politically censored, the intellectual level of political debate has been reduced to about this level …
“Adolf Hitler said that it was dangerous to play football in the middle of the motorway, and Sean Bryson agrees with this”
This PROVES that Sean Bryson wants to carry out medical experiments on live human beings, and intends to invade Poland and kill Jews, Homosexuals, Trade Unionists, and Morris Dancers. ( I don’t think that Hitler ever wanted to get rid of Morris Dancers, but perhaps he should have ? …… I jest of course ! )
But I am not joking about the intellectual level of political debate here in Notting Hill. Things around here really ARE that dumbed down & over simplistic !

The sort of examples given above, are food for the anger still felt by many. This anger has been around for a long time, and it is only the recent arrival of the internet, resulting in the re emergence of the Free Speech that has been slowly taken away from us, that has allowed this anger to be vented. (Peacefully, thank God.)

The various political groups & ideologies that you have referred to in your article above gain support as a direct result of the mindless, vindictive, racist anti white - anti west propaganda that has been forced upon us for so many years now. So, without actually knowing much about them, I can understand why they came into being. But I think that they are rapidly becoming redundant, only time will tell one way or another, but I am convinced that their days are numbered.
I also think that the days of the Labour Party are numbered for a variety of reasons, all of these reasons fall under headings like … Lies, Deception, Political Correctness, Immigration, Diversity, Ethnic Quotas, Iraq & Dr David Kelly, Multiculturalism, Crime, Vast amounts of legislation, the erosion of our Civil Liberties, and of course endless amounts of Sleeeeeeeeezzzzzzz !!

When I first came into contact with the Internet about 10 years ago, I can remember thinking that what the steam engine did for the human race technically, the Internet will do for us socially. The Internet has allowed us to break free from the pendulum swinging of politics from one generation to the next. Left then Right, Left then Right, Left then Right.

People are not stupid, and as more and more information becomes available people are waking up to how they have been deceived and lied to by one political faction or another. Be this a Nationalist faction, or one of the other political parties / factions.

The mould has been broken, people are losing their fear to ask the questions that are starring them in the face, and losing their fear about voicing the answers that are also starring them in the face.

  50. Nick will one day be known as “the man who saved Britain”, and will be the subject of history lessons for centuries to come. The traitorous BBC know only too well that were they to act fairly (no chance) and invite Nick onto Question Time the BNP would have the next General Election in the bag overnight.Thats how far I feel he and a few very commendable others ( Simon Darby for one) have taken this party. I am so much more open about the BNP in public now, very recently I still felt I had to keep my support to myself, now I tell all who gets my vote and why. Just about everyone agrees,so surely this WILL be our year. I will be in London for the 19th and 20th, see you all then.

  52. chrisM3: You have mentioned something extremely important, namely that you are ’so much more open about the BNP in public now’ and ‘just about everyone agrees’. I have the same experience when visiting the coffee shop (no cafes around here anymore). Sitting at a table with four complete strangers, a conversation is started, naturally I put across my view of things, and it’s nods and ‘yes I agree’ all round. It is not exactly hard to spot the expressions of pleasant surprise on people’s faces, as you demonstrate the audacity of openly discussing the BNP in such an outrageously democratic manner. Whilst I wouldn’t go out of my way to publicise my identity or address - for reasons to do with standard-issue bovver boots and all the rest of it - when it comes right down to it, and in relation strictly to myself, I really couldn’t care less about the bleating desperados or their weasly Orwellian mindset, and the intimidation, misinformation and insults that go with it. Democracy: Use it or lose it. Only the people can decide. [broadbandus interruptus…]

  53. Keep up the good work Nick. You’re the only one who’s a nationalist in the media eye and can be taken reasonably seriously and not look like a lunatic. Stick with mark collet etc, he might make a good new leader in the future and that joke he made about ginger people with dreadlocks was funny (it even made Russell Brand laugh). Good one for keeping away from all that ‘its the jews’ rubbish. The main people for that these days are the extreme lefties, who will always side with the least white party in any conflict. Nice one, Happy New Year to the BNP and stay on target for the future :oD

I wonder, in this ‘not so great britain’ - Does Free Speech and Freedom of Expression Mean Anything? The views we express on this website and those of our offline supporters, could, in my opinion, only ever be described as ‘free speech’ in a sane and normal country - especially one under a clear and dire threat from a fanatical minority who do not really belong here. The parallels with Nazi Germany are stark. Most Germans did not actually want or vote for the Nazis (a derogatory abbreviation one used with great caution - like GESTAPO). Most of us here in Britain, now, don’t want their Country’s identity and its people subjugated by a minority and often vicious religion, so much at odds with our own Christian beliefs and values. We only want them to ‘fit in’ or leave this country but they want to kill us - cut off our heads even! Behead those who insult islam! What a people! What a culture! What a religion! Let you or I go to Belgravia (I was there!) with placards saying ‘Muslims Fit In Or Go Home’ and see how far WE get. No safe escort up Beauchamps for us! The LASPO (LAbour State POlice) are now so politically contaminated, infiltrated and one-sided that I think we need to look elsewhere for support and protection of our legitimate views and beliefs. Most Freedom Fighters in history have required the support of an Army of volunteers who were not afraid of getting their noses bloodied to protect their Voices of Freedom from undemocratic and illegal suppression. That time is here and now. Wrongful arrest and intimidation of our Members and Suporters is just the beginning. Because the cosy muslim/labour cabal is under serious threat from the growing popularity of the British National Party, the time is surely near when one of our own is gravely injured or worse because the one-sided police decide to ‘look the other way’. We should make it absolutely clear to this politicised police force and their ‘oh so politically correct chief constables and constablesses’ that they and their ilk will be held accountable for the safety of our freedom fighters while in their custody. The defence of ‘we were only carrying out orders’ will be - no defence! They know what they are doing is wrong and they should realise that there will be consequences for their actions and inactions. From the most senior, right down to the most junior of their shutzstaffel guard.

  58. hey im dan just turned 18 and i am going to vote for BNP cos i think it is getting out of hand. its bad when when a Muslim man steals a car and hits a 3 or 4 yr old child and only get 3 months and i whounder why that is!!! and when my younger brothers are to sceard to go out at any time of the day becos of the number of times they have been attacked by muslims and when u ring the police what do they do not a thing becos its not a racial attack (witch it is)…

  59. A belated Happy New Year to you Mister Nick Griffin. A man I know I can TRUST … because … I’m a musician .. and musicians are notorious for stealing other people’s songs, ideas and glory. However, when musician Nick brought out his new CD album, “Westwind”, every single person who contributed to it was given a credit. And credit where credit due this “musician with soul” is probably the only politician, EVER, who can be trusted to do the honourable thing for the British people. More power to your elbow Mister Chairman. Your sincerity and devotion to our cause goes a long way to why I vote BNP.
