All-Star Game

The NHL's highest-scoring duo of Daniel Alfredsson and Jason Spezza highlight the Eastern Conference roster while Calgary's Jarome Iginla and Dion Phaneuf will help lead the Western Conference at the 2008 NHL All-Star Game, to be played at Philips Arena on Jan. 27.

Carolina scored two goals in the third period, and a power-play winner in overtime for a 3-2 victory over the New York Islanders on Monday. The Hurricanes lead the NHL with 65 third period goals.
