Dear Laura,
     At one point, CL allowed you to download the Hardman, Bondi, Fallow, Zebra, and Siamese Norn eggs, perhaps more, but I can't remember, for free. I have the files somewhere, but I'm too lazy to dig them up. Or was I dreaming? I SO need to dig those files back up.

Dear McKaela-chan,
     Apparently, there was such a site that hosted those egg downloads, though Creature Labs didn't offer them. What actually happened was that the site tried to use an "official" email and that led people to believe that the downloads were authorized. However, the email was soon proven to be a fake and the site was shut down by Creature Labs shortly afterwards.

Dear Sanban,
     The Docking Station server seems to be temporarily offline at the moment. Just keep checking the Online Status page until the server is online again, it doesn't usually stay down for too long.

     I have downloaded Monturrarium but I can't figure out how to install it. I have not had any problems with the other metarooms, I usually know how to put stuff in my "My Agents" folder.

     If I remember correctly, for Monturrarium you just need to double-click the .exe file to begin the installation.

Dear Laura,
     Is there any way that I can get the Toxic, Hardman Norns... etc. for free? Both of my parents refuse to give out their credit card details online no matter how official the company is and if there isn't a way to get them for free, is there any way that Gameware Development accept "Splashplastic" cards which are like credit cards but they are available for under 16's and can only be used for Internet shopping?

Dear Rea,
     Like all official add-on breeds, they can't be downloaded for free. Unfortunately there is no way to purchase those Creatures Mall breeds without using either a credit card or Paypal, but perhaps you have another relative that you could turn to? Either that, or you could just private message Lisa over at the Gameware forums and ask her about "Splashplastic" cards.

Dear Sanban,
     If you’re referring to the Creatures 3 game, it’s not possible to download it; you have to purchase it instead. Copies of the original Creatures 3 can often be found on eBay and Amazon. It might also be worth mentioning that Gameware recently released a remastered compilation of Creatures 3 and Docking Station called "Creatures Exodus" which is compatible with Windows XP. You can buy it from the Creatures Mall or from any good video game retailer.

     I can code complex agents now, except for vendors. I was thinking what if I where to make a Bruin Norn pack. It wouldn't have the breed in it but it would contain new food and toys and it would be free. Do you think I can get Corona to help me once they're done with the Canopy?

     Today in the Norn Meso, I was like, y'know, hanging out with all my friends and we were eating like carrots, or whatever, and this dishy male Norn said, like, "Eem like Kelly", and I *so* didn't know what to say! Like, I do like him, but I wasn't really sure if I *like* like him, like in a friendly way, if you know what I'm saying? So anyways, I said "Kelly like Eem", and he giggled, and ran away. But now I'm thinking that I *do* *like* like him, and I haven't seen him in positively *minutes* and I don't know what he's thinking! I'm worried that I've made an idiot of myself again. :( Please help me!

Dear Sanban,
     To download the COBs and Metarooms on this site just click their download link and then in the "File Download" box, click the "Save" button to save the file onto your computer, (I recommend that you save the file to your desktop so you can find it easily). The download should then begin automatically. Once the download is complete, go back to your desktop and unzip the files using WinZip, (If you have Windows ME or XP, a zip compression/decompression utility is already included). Once that’s done, just place the .agents files into your "My Agents" folder and inject them with the Creator.

     I'm looking for Docking Station Login Disabler V2.0 because Docking Station doesn't recognize my Internet connection... At least that's what I think it is... Do you happen to have that file on hand to send out, because the original site with it does not exist any longer, or is down.

Dear McKaela-chan,
     The Docking Station server is down at the moment... It's true, the DS Login Disabler V2.0 doesn't seem to be available right now. Instead, go and download the C12DS metaroom - it has a new feature enabling you to start an offline world. However, just remember that once you've disabled being online in a world, you'll never be able to take it online.

     How did you get a hand to write it for you? You are merely a simple toeless foot, not a mouth... Regretfully, the Ask Laura™ range does not cater for your needs at present. However, we currently have a version of the pen in development that acts through mind control, though unfortunately testing has not gone too well. Several of our Treehuggers have ended up in hospital suffering from third-degree jabs, it's a very serious business... Coming soon to a screen near you! Perhaps. :\ By the way, I wouldn't suggest sitting in a vat of "Insta-Grow", you may turn a nice shade of green.

     I want the Wood Norns from C1 for C3. I know that the Horse Norns are done, as is the Santa Norns and the rest, but I don't see the Wood Norns anywhere. More specifically, do you know the easiest way of transfering C1 Norns to C3/DS?

     I don't think the Wood Norns have been converted because the author's permission is needed and such. Regarding the rest of your question, it's something that really should be asked in the Help forum, rather than here, as there is no easy way.

     My Norn, that looks like a Dragon, ate two needle things that move in Terra v2.0 and he died! Why?

Dear pokemonbob,
     Your Norn was poisoned. Those "needle things" are actually a kind of fatal bacteria and the Norn shouldn't have been anywhere near them, especially since he's a Draconian Norn. The Draconians need special care and you should read up about that in the Draconian Norn Care Guide. To prevent this unfortunate incident from happening again, you need to be more cautious about what your Norns eat from now on.
