Agreed. It totally detracts from the look of the car. Completely out of place. Although, if you visit the R8 mini site, you can apparently order it with a panel that matches the body color. So if you ever see one on the road with mismatched body panels like that, it just means the owner is a rich closet ricer. Put some APC stickers and neon on it and the look would be complete.

But, again, the car does look great when it's all one color.
