Cork squads to meet in selector dispute

Cork's senior hurling and football squads are set to hold a joint meeting over the coming week.

The county's football players met last night with new boss Teddy Holland, whom they have threatened not to co-operate with.

Both the football and hurling panels will now meet in the coming days to discuss their stance on the dispute over the appointment of selectors.

Cork's inter-county stars have threatened to go on strike if managers are not allowed to pick their own selectors.
