What is RSS?
On August 8th, 2006 Sprint Nextel announced its plans to develop and deploy the first fourth generation (4G) nationwide broadband mobile network. The 4G wireless broadband network will use the mobile WiMAX (Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access) IEEE 802.16e-2005 technology standard.
This press kit will be updated regularly as more announcements are made regarding Sprint Nextel's 4G deployment.
