For a video-centric overview of Laurel Canyon past and present, I present the short film L.A. director Robert Sobul shot of me shambling around the canyon for the website TurnHere.com.
Robert and I trampoosed all over Laurel Canyon and captured the Canyon Country Store, the restaurant Pace (above) and unprecedented footage on the grounds of the former Frank Zappa cabin, birthplace of the GTOs (Girls Together Outrageously) groupie clique, the stoner classic “Don’t Bogart Me,” the Alice Cooper band and so much more.
