Do you want to interact on-line with Wollongong City Council? The menu on the left hand side provides the services we currently offer electronically.
Through our website you can pay your rates on-line, using either your credit card, or through direct debit from your bank or financial institution. For more information about Council rates, and for other methods to pay your rates, visit our rates and other payments page.
You can also pay Council charges on-line where you’ve received an accounts receivable notice from us.
As well as the on-line transactions available on the left of the page, you can also find forms on a range of topics by clicking on 'Council forms' on the right. You can complete the form then mail, fax or email it to us.
