Teri Hatcher tells "Extra" that a judge has called the insinuations from Hydroderm's lawsuit against her “character assassination” of the “worst kind.”
Yesterday, Hatcher filed a legal response after the cosmetic company filed a $2.8 million lawsuit. Hyrdroderm claims that Hatcher has breached her agreement by providing endorsement services to its competitors.
But Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Helen Bendix sided with Hatcher, denying Hydroderm early access to her business records.
“Extra” has obtained a statement from Hatcher’s representative stating, “Ms. Hatcher has not entered into any agreement with any other cosmetic or skincare companies or otherwise authorized or permitted any competitors of (Hydroderm) to use her name, likeness or celebrity in the promotion of products...Ms. Hatcher has done absolutely nothing wrong and has been ready, willing, able and eager to perform.”

Danny Bonaduce won’t be charged with battery stemming from his shocking caught-on-tape brawl with Jonny Fairplay.
Though Fairplay filed a formal complaint – after some teeth were reportedly knocked out – the Los Angeles district attorney investigated the incident and decided there wasn’t enough evidence to charge Bonaduce with a crime.
According to papers filed by the DA, "It did not appear that the suspect intentionally tried to cause injuries, but simply reacted to the victim's actions."
During Tuesday’s taping of the Fox Reality Channel Really Awards, Fairplay jumped on Bonaduce and wrapped his legs around him. In reaction, Bonaduce tossed him backwards and Fairplay landed on his face.

“Extra” has the sensational secrets from Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown’s crumbling marriage in all-new divorce papers obtained by “Extra.”
The biggest shocker: Bobby claims he lived in his car while Whitney was in rehab!
In Brown’s declaration, he claims, “Since Whitney has been awarded sole legal and physical custody of Bobbi Kris, she has attempted to eliminate me from Bobbi Kris’ life.”
He also states, “I did all I could to see my daughter…I also paid approximately $10,000 for Whitney and Bobby Kris to live in a nice hotel while Whitney was going through rehab…I basically lived in my car.”
He concludes, “I have not seen or spoken to my daughter since early June and I have no prospect of speaking to her or seeing her anytime soon due to Whitney’s actions.”
Houston’s declaration says, “We have a daughter together and I would like him to be involved in her life… I did not talk to him about reconciliation or marriage counseling.”
Houston states “Frankly, I needed to be divorced from him so that I could get my life back on track.”
