'''Eduardo C. Robreno''' (born 1945 in Havana, Cuba) is an American jurist and the first Cuban-American to be appointed as a federal judge. He received his B.A. from Westfield_State_College in 1967, an M.A. from University_of_Massachusetts in 1969 and his J.D. from Rutgers_University School of Law in 1978. Robreno was appointed by President George_H.W._Bush and has served as a District Judge since July 27, 1992.
