After the election: Find new path

NOW that the electorate has spoken, collectively and vehemently, how will the new government respond?

Nothing matters more to the country now than for the new government to find and follow a new path in its relationship with the people.

Let's face it. Race-based politics is now a thing of the past and the ghost of May 13, 1969 has been exorcised.

The outcome of the recent elections is an eye-opener for the victors as well as for the vanquished.

It's a time for soul-searching and reinvention for the government.
