Description

This sample lets you experiment with geometries in Microsoft® DirectAnimation®. You can choose to animate geometries in different ways and change their properties. When you make selections from the buttons and drop-down lists on the left, the resulting animation is displayed above, while the DirectAnimation code you have generated with your choices is displayed on the right.

To view a geometry and its code, simply select movements and properties from the dropdown lists and buttons.

Browser/Platform Compatibility and other Requirements

This sample requires Microsoft Internet Explorer 4 or greater on Microsoft Win32® platforms. To use shadows, you must have installed Microsoft® DirectX® 6.x or later. If you turn on shadows without DirectX 6.x or greater installed, it will have no effect, but will not generate an error message.
