BORO fans with seats in the Riverside Stadium's South Stand for today's game with Derby County will be moved to other areas of the stadium after the stand suffered overnight weather damage.

The damage has affected the South Stand area that normally accommodates visiting supporters, meaning 1,000 Derby fans will be moved from blocks 60-64 to blocks 54-57.

As a result, all Boro fans with seats in the South Stand blocks 54-57 only will be moved to seats in other areas of the stadium.

South Stand season card holders will be seated in the West Stand Upper and should enter the Riverside via turnstiles 10-13.

Boro fans who have purchased match tickets for today's game in blocks 54-57 of the South Stand will be seated in the East Stand and South East Corner, entering via turnstiles 51-61.

Young fans attending with adults as part of the Every Schoolday Matters scheme for 100% school attendance should enter via turnstiles 51-57 and will be seated in blocks 47 and 48a of the East Stand.

All affected fans will be directed to unsold seats by MFC stewards.

Communications Manager Dave Allan said: "We apologise to all supporters affected for any inconvenience caused and ask for their understanding."
