Tony, Grand Island NE: Andy -- With all the banter about the "majors" being hurt by last night's fiasco, doesn't last night really hurt the Mountain West? It appeared they might me a solid three-bid leauge, but a New Mexico, UNLV semi in the tournament could be a play-in game.
Andy Glockner: Yeah, any team in a de facto "elimination game" in conference play wasn't helped by the bubble shrinking by one and maybe two bids last night. There's less room to finesse a scenario like a three-bid MWC. There's also less wiggle room for teams like Arizona and Texas A&M; and others to lose their first tourney games and still feel completely safe.
