Tim Denis in The Morning
About the show
Tim Denis in the Morning
Join Tim Denis and Bonnie Heslop every weekday morning from 5:30am - 10am for the CKTB Morning Show. Tim will wake you up with the daily buzz from around the world and right here in your own backyard. Along with Michelle and Rick CKTB starts your morning off right!
On the Monday show, we look back on the hugely successful Niagara Peninsula Children's Centre Have a Heart Radiothon, which raised over $ 200,000 for the Centre in just three days! Thanks, Niagara, you once again proved you Have a Heart! And you can still contribute, of course. Just check out the link on our website to find out more. At 6:55 on Monday morning, we check in with Federal MP Rick Dykstra, who has just returned from observing the recent elections in Taiwan. And at 7:55, we'll talk with clarinetist Zoltan Kalman, who is fronting a free family concert Tuesday evening at Brock Centre for the Arts with the Brock Department of Music's Wind Ensemble. It's a perfect opportunity to take the kids and hear what some of the instruments sound like, in case they are looking to take up a musical instrument themselves. All that, plus the latest news, weather, sports and traffic information you need to get you going - for a Monday!
