Three units at Springfield Lofts sold before its doors open for sale

Springfield Lofts in Midtown will soon open its doors for those interested in purchasing one of its 10 lofts. “Three were sold during the Festival of Arts when people just came in wanting to reserve,” says Bob Slattery, owner of Midtown Construction and developer of Springfield Lofts, who expects the redevelopment of the building to be completed by January 2006.

These lofts average 2,600 square feet and are priced around $300,000, and are some of the largest units in the midtown area.

“More people are out on the streets in Midtown,” says Slattery. “This is an exciting time for Detroit”.
