If you are a Creative Suite 2 user or user of any CS2 product from Adobe then you have the Adobe Bridge. The Bridge is great in that it allows you to point at any folder and see thumbnails of all the documents/images in that folder. It does this by building a Cache of all the image/document thumbnails that it recognizes. By default it builds one big Cache. However, you can change the preferences so that it builds a separate cache for each folder. The advantages are that when you burn that folder to a CD/DVD the cache goes with it and you or anyone else looking at that CD/DVD in the Bridge later will not have to wait for thumbnails to be built again. The other advantage is that if you put the folder on a shared volume such as a fileserver or filesharing volume and another user looks at it with the Bridge, they will have instant access to the cached thumbnails.

If it's just one, then I attach it because now the iBBS supports showing attachments inline. If it's more than one, then I post them to a website and use the IMG link to link to them.
