FILING COMPLAINTS ON PUBLIC SERVICE

Service Description: Pursuant to Executive Order no. 53, series of 2005, and City Legal Office Order # 01-05, this service provides an avenue for people to file their complaints on the city’s public services, as well as complaints on government employee’ misconduct.
