Dozens of prison guards storm Tallahassee as state lawmakers begin hammering out Florida's budget, with state prisons high up on the chopping block.

Gov. Crist signs a bill that says Floridians can take their guns to work, as long as they have a permit to carry a concealed weapon. Some sites, including schools and prisons, are still off limits.
