Does Psychic Equate to Success

March 16th, 2008

You would think but then think again because most of us already are “psychic” to the extent that most can and have seen the future as the culmination of facts compose of circumstance so that becomes “Self-evident”.

The Lady Won’t But the Beatle Will byBeliefnet.com Paul O’Donnell –Paul Sharrat had no luck contacting the late Princess Diana three years ago in a televised séance—well, no luck in the sense that Di refused to speak for the cameras. Sharrat did make some $7 million from viewers willing to pony up a $14.95 pay-per-view fee. That kind of luck encouraged Sharrat to try again. Last night, psychics gathered at John Lennon’s favorite New York restaurant in an attempt to reach out to the former Beatle, as cameras focused on the Strawberry Fields memorial in Manhattan’s Central Park and other Lennon sites.
[…]

A week before her untimely end an alert was issued thru psychic channels but the warning was not heeded, so that in looking back some may say it was contrived or even a hundredth monkey effect… Still it did not change the outcome. She did not listen then why would she now? Mediums have an even more difficult time and when you add the cameras and money there can be but one outcome. In some respects money will find its own way but that does not equate to success in a true sense. It is a double edge no matter how you choose to cut it because it does cut both ways and you can’t have your cake and eat it too. Success is, as always, in the eyes or in the heart of the beholder of a certain truth.

Wow a Heisman Race or College FootBall’s Season Search for a National Championship!

November 25th, 2007

by Lucky7Star © November 25th 2007

Wow what a football season! But who is the nation champion??? The Heisman seems clear but who is the national champ… That’s the question in the mind of most that will remain a mystery for many football seasons to come or so it seems, at least until we can find something other than the BCS or perhaps a playoff scheme for the Colleges of the NCAA. There is one psychic prediction from the Psychic Network on which most can agree.

“A Great Football Season”Anyone who watched it was clearly a Heisman performance on a field of the bitterly contested but to everyone who tuned in this season its the fan that’s the clear winner. You don’t have to be a psychic to enjoy that clear prediction. In game after game a record number of top ten teams fell to the unranked but those of burning and deserving desire.

As far as other predictions go the American Presidential elections are much easier call than the NCAA National championship. On the Democratic side the one who is most able to win will not win their party’s nomination this time around… Of course they rarely do. Although the media wishes to pull this thing out it seems glaringly obvious who’s going to receive the nomination. That is of course she does not get her heel stuck in an escalator. Going down??? :)

A Psychic Review– “Kavanna: Hurricanes, typhoons, and cyclones: Variations” Add Earthquakes

September 14th, 2007

Events which are clearly evident in that the forces of nature driving our weather patterns are slipping into more dangerous waters and perhaps beyond our control… Demand action while there is time, but it grows short.

I stumbled across this analysis and found it interesting but it failed to cover some of the more critical aspect which are not adequately covered in the public discourse and so as to leave the picture rather rosy but incomplete. Because there are simply too many factors that cannot be ignored.

Kavanna: Hurricanes, typhoons, and cyclones: VariationsReports–The specific mechanism that drives topical cyclones with excess heat and moisture is the nighttime temperature difference between the still-warm water and the cooler air.* “Global warming” will raise air temperatures more than it does water temperatures. Hence, the air-water temperature gap narrows, and the cyclone-driving “heat/moisture pump” is weakened. Some consequences of this change are difficult to trace out in full. But the essentials are unequivocal:

Poleward transfer of heat and moisture: reduced
Duration of tropical cyclones: reduced
Intensity of tropical cyclones: reduced
Frequency of cyclonic storms: hard to say, but an educated guess is: reduced
Poleward movement of tropical cyclones: enhanced by stronger Hadley cell and other convective motions
Overall, in a “globally warming” world, expect a (probably) reduced frequency of tropical storms, with each storm being less intense and shorter-lived, and moving more quickly poleward away from the equator.

Further thoughts on tropical cyclones. People living in tropical and subtropical areas obviously have a big stake in this question, and it’s been manipulated and misrepresented by “global warming” hysterics eager to chase ambulances. In particular, whenever a major hurricane like Katrina or Rita hits a populated and developed area like the Gulf coast, we can expect more “global warming” hysterics. Little attention is paid to the big fact of hurricane-prone areas, that they’re far more populated and developed now than they were 30 or 50 years ago. As a result, they will necessarily suffer more human damage when a large storm lands than they would have back then.

The delicious irony of it all is this: more frequent, more intense, and longer-lasting Atlantic hurricanes are almost certainly an indicator of a summertime atmosphere that is cooling year on year. It’s one piece of a growing body of evidence that the Earth’s atmosphere, or at least the north Atlantic, has been cooling - in fact, since the late 90s.

Put simply, periods of Atlantic warming (1920s and 30s; late 70s to mid 90s) are periods of reduced hurricane activity. Periods of Atlantic cooling (late 1940s to mid 70s) are periods of increased hurricane activity. The reasons are just those spelled out above. An upcoming summary of the present climate situation will return to this point.

* As summer passes on into fall, the tropical air cools day by day faster than does the water. Recall that water has a much larger heat capacity than does air.

Of course none of this deal with the true nature of the real terror of Global Warming which does not reside in the atmosphere but rather in the ocean depths… Look cooling in the Atlantic does not mean Global Warming is not a factor or without consequence… The fact of the matter is the polar caps are dwindling at a rate never calculated or predicted by the models so all this cold water spilling into the Atlantic is sure to have a chilling effect. The major consequence will be found in changes to the dynamics of plate tectonics, which because of heat induction into the oceans according to the most recent evidence gleaned from the fossil records of ancient magma flow from the deep ocean ridges indicate. Once the arctic ocean is free of its ice grip upon the continental plates at the top of the world things really begin to rock and roll… Of course, by the time it becomes evident that this is indeed the case it will already be too late. Maybe Google on something called the Siberian Trapps. Or perhaps visit The Psychic News Network for further links.

The discourse continues so as not to appear argumentative
Binah goes on to say:

In restricting my comments to the north Atlantic, I was just being cautious. There’s too much tendency to think that regional or local temperature trends necessarily reflect global trends.

That said, the up and down temperature trends in the north Atlantic are almost certainly connected with regional climate oscillations, the North Atlantic Oscillation and the El Nino Southern Oscillation, and probably have nothing to do with “global warming.” See:

http://www.uwm.edu/~aatsonis/Global%20Temperature%20and%20El%20Nino.pdf
http://www.agu.org/pubs/crossref/2005/2005GL022875.shtml
http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2007/08/070801175711.htm

The fact that ENSO has been essentially shut off since the late 90s is a strong hint for a neutral-to-cooling global temperature trend in the last decade. That fits the surge in hurricanes during that same period.

I must continue to point out that tho a lot of this is not obvious but the speed and manner events have started to play out it makes no sense to restrict the picture in a regional or local manner when its ALL clearly connected… And in a very big way. The stakes are far too important and frankly because honestly I pray that I’m wrong but another 8.4 quake in Indonesia today (What this makes almost a half a dozen this year when the norm is something like ONE) seems to provide certain confirmation that we are witness to a global events that have not visited our planet quite a long time (The time of the Siberian Traps is measured in the millions of years).

However if some might try to avoid the obvious with a befuddlement of the mathematical data… Granted all and all a bit complex but if you ask yourself a very simple question… Can you hold more heat in a mayonnaise jar fill with air or with water… Obviously water is the correct answer… Now the premise our weather is driven by simple atmospherics is just as ludicrous and so because it (El Nino that is) driven in nature by these simple atmospherics because its seasonal is also just as ludicrous. Try for a moment to consider if you have an electron particle stream, from the Sun, that also reacts with the electromagnetic lines of force in a seasonal fashion as you do in fact with the rotation of the earth (if one thinks of the earth as being an electromagnetic dynamo for the electric inductor of solar heat). This would also explain a seasonal shift in El Nino as far back as 1925 (and beyond the time of the industrial age) actually much of this is outside of the simple man made effects of carbon dioxide gases but which the overall build up cannot simply be ignored from the fossil record, as ancient magma flows on the sea bed floor indicate. The point of all this is that we confront a problem of an extinction event… If it sounds hysterical, sorry but the “death knell”of human civilization has that effect… Especially if there is something we can do to stop it. And at least some scientist believe that there is something we can do see Building Carpethia

The Beauty of College Football

September 2nd, 2007

The race does not always go to the swift or the strong… But in the SEC style (Well actually the protodesign Southern Conference “SoCon”) of football more often than not, it goes to the team that can endure the agony, torture, and play with the intensity of pain throbbing victory well deserved. Not size of the dog in the fight but rather the fight inside of the dog. This was a game where the fans at Michigan’s Big House can’t even find Appalachian State on the map (on a personal note may remember learning of Appalachian State when my sixth grade school teacher’s husband became head coach Breakfield and left Wofford College in Spartanburg to move to Boone, NC ).

No. 5 Michigan Pantsed By Armanti Suits
by Blogcritic’s GeevesWrites–
Nothing really happens on the first weekend of the college football season. Sure, there are a few good, BCS-significant games (see Cal vs Tennessee or Georgia vs Oklahoma State), but for the most part, it’s the big boys getting their jollies against the runts of the litter (see Penn State over Florida International 59-0 and Louisville over Murray State 73-10).

Then this happens. Out of nowhere, the Mountaineers begin their hard charge towards a national championship in 2007 with a win over the No. 5 Michigan Wolverines.

No, I’m not talking about West Virginia, but rather the “other” Mountaineers, from Appalachian State, of the Football Championship Subdivision (formerly Division I-AA).[…]

These are the remaining schools on Appalachian State’s game schedule:

Sept. 8 LENOIR-RHYNE (National Champions/Hall of Fame Day) KIDD BREWER STADIUM 3:30 p.m.
Sept. 15 NORTHERN ARIZONA (Family Weekend) KIDD BREWER STADIUM 3:30 p.m.
Sept. 22 at Wofford* Spartanburg, S.C. 3 p.m.
Sept. 29 at Elon* Elon, N.C. 1:30 p.m.
Oct. 6 GARDNER-WEBB (Homecoming) KIDD BREWER STADIUM 2:30 p.m.
Oct. 20 GEORGIA SOUTHERN* (Black Saturday) KIDD BREWER STADIUM 3:30 p.m.
Oct. 27 at Furman* Greenville, S.C. 3 p.m.
Nov. 3 at The Citadel*

We take our football serious in this part of the world… Buy some tickets and come enjoy some real down home football still played on real grass with a mix of little southern hospitality. Maybe enjoy Wofford vs. Appalachian State September 22… You’re all invited for a great surprise!

See McCain Run! Welcome to Ground Zero.

July 29th, 2007

Senator John McCain was at Spartanburg’s Beacon Drive-in yesterday to enjoy one of the World Famous Chile Cheese Burgers and to discuss his position on the war and number of issues that the partisan conservative crowd was interested to discuss… Oddly enough he did not draw a crowd any larger than Congressman and Presidential hopeful Ron Paul… And in a manner he may have fared worse because he did little to change the minds of those who felt betrayed that he had flipped flopped on the Confederate flag issue yet held firm on the war. He made no comment on the issue of global warming (Though much of England is experiencing its worst flooding in modern history). And gave no explanation as to why we are losing the war on terrorism.

MPs warn over air security checks
by BBC Reports–
Heightened security checks at airports could create a potential new target for terrorists, MPs have warned.
A report by the Commons transport select committee said queues of hundreds of passengers in cramped spaces could become a security hazard.

The committee recommended that reducing queues at security and speeding up check-in times should be a priority.

The Department for Transport (DfT) said baggage security rules introduced last August met “a very real threat”.

The reasons why we are losing the war on terror are clear to all but the most menial of minds… The administration has lost popular support on all fronts because of ham fisted half measures and a policy enforced upon the flying public by an army of minions.

One would not venture to say how airport security has affected the flying public in the UK… (I dare say that, at least in the UK, only the cream of the crop is selected for security services). But here in the US flying has become a nightmare to the public. We find that an army of the mentally challenged have taken station over our most important municipal centers (our airports) in addition the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is compiling secret databases on the flying public despite repeated warnings by the United States Congress to stop in this illegal action. The ones who are in charge of operations have little more than a high school diploma and some even have criminal records. They make a mockery to all who are associated with security services and become a hazard to the flying public more than any terrorist possibly could, and are loath and despised by any who must endure fools…

Those who’s duty its is to secure areas such as Iraq and Afghanistan must know that the incompetent actions of those few left in charge of our most important urban security assets are a direct reflection upon public sentiment on our war effort abroad. The TSA has been a catastrophe of Hurricane Katrina proportions and should be disbanded immediately if our foreign policy efforts are to enjoy any measure of success. It is obvious to any who understands the workings of a modern democracy that a war effort will NEVER succeed unless it maintains the popular support of the people (at least in the government houses). As to the war on terror, the TSA remains the terrorist greatest ally more than even Osama Bin Laden. The only prudent move is to abolish the TSA as soon as funding expires.

Run, Ron Paul! Run!!!

July 22nd, 2007

Run, Ron Pau! Run!!!

Kicked off a great stump meeting at The Events Summit Pointe Hotel in Spartanburg South Carolina yesterday as Ron Paul makes his bid for the Republican nomination for President in one of the first of the Southern primary states amid a surprisingly receptive crowd.

Paul stands tall with talk on freedom by The Herald Journal’s JASON SPENCER reports– A little-known Texas congressman seeking the Republican nomination for president visited Spartanburg Saturday and seemed to arrive with all the makings of rock-star candidate for his party - despite low polling, little name recognition and a relatively small campaign staff.

“The Ron Paul Revolution.”

(Constitutional Government… Hey what a concept!)

“We have lost our faith and confidence that freedom really works!” as Ron Paul quips as he whips up the crowd into a frenzy with his messianic message “In most countries, tyranny reigns. Freedom is under attack. It’s under attack in this country, as well.”

stronger adherence to the Second Amendment over the past decade could have thwarted the 9/11 terror attacks - and that this country has gone in the wrong direction with “government bureaucrats taking away our toothpaste at the airport.” He said America can’t afford to continue to support its military presence abroad, which he called a “world empire.” He accused the government of “creating money out of thin air,” straying from the constitutional monetary standards of gold and silver. And he said he’s against abortion because a fetus has the same rights as an adult human.

It was not a large crowd, as far as crowds go, but they were vocal and as much as could fit and in fact people over flowed into the halls from the allotted space at the “Summit Pointe Meeting and Events Center” it was standing room only.

The most thunderous applause came when Dr. Paul talked about the abused of Habeas corpus and the abandonment of this important principals effects upon our Constitution. And how we should go about the serious business of conducting and winning a war without the incompetent interference from those at the TSA’s army of morons and other government bureaucrats of this ilk.

Spencer notes—Thunderous applause also followed when he decried the Patriot Act (ovation No. 4), when he said America should never go to war without a declaration from Congress or because of a United Nations resolution (ovations No. 8 and 9), and when he attacked President Bush’s foreign policy and handling of the war in Iraq (ovations No. 11, 12 and 13).

Notably absent from the discussion was what kind of government we should expect lacking of public funding and what was his plan to confront global warming.

As a populace “candidate” he has found no shortage of support from the “mainstream” party but as far as how he would preform as an actual President is still far enough in left field as to remain in the realm of theoretical conjuncture but its safe to assume he would have not found himself in the political arena at all if the current administration had demonstrated the slightest degree of repentance on any number of issues. The fact that the TSA is still finds a permanent encampment of tards, in control at our nation’s airports… Its a good indicator as any as why this administration’s oblivion remains clueless… They just do not get it. There is a cure for ignorance but not much can be done for just plain and simple stupid… Of course unless its “stupid by design”… Now there’s a scary thought but at the ends of the day remains the only rational explanation.

Memorial Day

May 28th, 2007

by PNN’sLucky7Star© May 28th 2007

Is a sacred day in most any year but this year particularly demands a special pause… Men, our sons, fathers and mothers are once again dying in numbers that should strike a cord in the hardest of hearts… In a hostile and increasly unpopular war, doing what they were ordered to do. Fight for our freedom, they deserve better. Not just from the country that sent them into harms way but from the leadership that has somehow managed to stall and drive this nation into an ever weeping field amuck.

First of all let me be clear, I for one never bought into any of this prade of lies that carried us into this field far astray from our founding fathers… But now that we are there and about to lose whatever is left of our self respect as a nation I feel it is incumbent to do all we can, as Americans, to avoid a widening Catastrophe that the present administration seems to have little problem in finding at every turn… Or so it seems it finds them. Never the mind that we could (The United States of America that is) fight this war for another 50 years if, that is “IF” we found the proper political will and motivation. It is clear, at least in my mind, that the present leadership is fairly oblivious to this fact but content to trudge on aimlessly into the ever darking field of their own void stupor.

Now, to just about everyone else in the free world its clear a change in direction should be followed by a change in Policy… It IS NOT winning a War but securing a Peace that is imperative. The change (the troop surge) cannot find a suitable outcome unless some one is at the helm that the people and more importantly the “people” in Congress feel we can trust… And its not “Condi” Rice at the World Bank

My short list in the best of all possible worlds is General Colin Powell, James Baker, or Sam Nunn. I’m sure it’s a bit much to ask of anyone but I think General Colin Powell deserves an apology from this administration and an opportunity to set the historical record right once and for the entire world to see. Would he take on such a awesome responsibility… Anyone else with an ounce of common sense would, in all probability pass, but General Powell has uncommon sense and the duty of a solider. The President should be man enough to admit that mistakes were made and offer the General the opportunity to set things right… He deserves it, the country deserves its, and lord know our soilders in the field need to know that they have “THEIR” man making the calls instead of a yes, man or woman. The World Bank needs a new direction and securing a peaceful future for all nations should be at the very top of everyone angenda. How about the real fight to save our planet from global climate Catastrophe… God bless America!

I’m sure there are none more compelled to find a solution to the present delimma than Sen. Lindsey Graham, Sen John McCain and Sen. John W. Warner. Perhaps these men might set the President’s ear on fire. Lord knows we do not need another Vietnam.

Psychics Reveal The Darkside and true Horror of Global Warming: Obliquity of the Ecliptic
by PNN’s Lucky7Star Reports– Obliquity of the Ecliptic

As the polar ice melts (more quickly now “admittedly” than ever expected or calculated by scientists) it also shifts from the polar “cap” region into warmer ocean currents which can also accelerate the thaw results that are expected to increase activity along the region of the tectonic plates (Volcanic Eruptions in the Kamchatka region bottom of page) , will in turn cause a marked increase in both earthquake and volcanic activity.

In turn the Government announced today that it may seek to restrict satellite images. This is all rather shocking, but not unexpected… What with all the floods, fires, tornadoes, earthquake, and volcanic activity hidden in plain view one wonders what took them so long to figure it out. In an AP INTERVIEW: Intel chief says access to satellite photos may have to be limited for security KATHERINE SHRADER Associated Press Writer Tuesday May 8th, 2007 Goverenment made its case why it should restrict “sensitive images”… The bigger picture tells all.

A pictures is worth a thousand words. As we have clear evidence of Global Weirdness we can see the Government case becomes transparent as it is self evident Read the rest of the story and see for yourself!

One Path to Victory “Only in America!”

January 22nd, 2007

Over at ZDNet Mitch Ratcliff announced the infusion of his new company (Buzz Logic NOT to be confused or construed with my small psychic informational portal “Doctor Buzzard Tasteless Tonic and Medicine Show!) with a real spiritual injection from the business venture captial Bankers of hard assets… It’s not so unusual or unexpected that Mitch’s efforts would eventually pay off no matter how often his wrong headed liberal politics may have steered him off into the dark abyss. Because a lot of times these insticts proved right on the money. He is someone with whom that you can hold a consistent and honest disagreement without holding a grudge. He is no doubt laughing all the way to the bank because the proof of success is found in a happy and productive life. Should, perhaps, say break a leg but there are those who might take this literally been there and done that and so did they so I’ll just say best of lucky.

BuzzLogic reaches a milestone by ZDNet’s Mitch Ratcliffe — You’ll have to forgive my indulging in writing about a company I helped to start, but today’s a good day. It was almost three years ago that Todd Parsons and I sat in a sushi place on Chestnut Street in San Francisco and talked about how the measurement of social media would require many more […]

Still we have to make our choices where then to sleep in our bed that we have prepared. I would hate as much to see the Internet lost to the lawyers almost as much as I do with entire ATT thing. Both serve only those needs which only money can buy and so are in their own rights pose dangers from a kind of technological tyrants. I wish Mitch the best but can help but be a bit concerned to see that army of corporate attorneys that seem to be necessary to keep an ongoing concern upon the increasing litigious Internet. This cannot be a good development when you add all the political correctness that is already all too pervasive in our over litigious nation. Perhaps he feels he has no choice, I mean if he wants to fly without being harassed by the moron army of the TSA. You either have to fly Air force One or own a corporate jet.
On thing for sure, if President Bush is serious about winning the war on terror, the first step (IMHO) is the disbanding of the TSA because it is counter productive and does not serve the stated goal of winning the war on terror. Unless of course that is not the goal but rather the distruction of the Constitution of the United States of America is the true objective, then “Way to go” … Sir, give it over to the Air Marshall, frankly they would be hard pressed at putting this country’s war efforts into greater ruin. You have to have home support as well as home security if we are to mantain a sustained effort on the part of this nation in order to pervail over the long haul.  The TSA must go.

Weird Weather and Star Trek Replicators may affect Stephen Hawking Astronaut Plans

January 8th, 2007

Now I’m not concerned about the Star Trek Replicator you guys are building (or planning to build). Just don’t try and leave it in your carry on baggage (if you know what’s good for you). Actually this is a bit of wonderful news that I hear Steve is booking a flight on one of the Vigin Shuttle. Let’s just hope the TSA has been banned by then or else he may never get off the ground.

On The Ether Podcast: Discussing nanotechnology and the economics of the Star Trek replicator by ZDNet’s Mitch Ratcliffe — Tune in to a talk I had this afternoon with the founders of the Center for Responsible Nanotechnology, Mike Treder and Chris Phoenix, about my recent Star Trek replicator posting on the future of nanomanufacturing systems. Mike and Chris addressed a variety of questions about how to make nanomanufacturing, from how to deal with dangerous nanotechnology […]

In the meantime, back on the ranch, Andy Serwer over at Fortune Magazine seemed concerned about the Apaches lurking in our lives… You know those things that just “Google up” in or lives that could end civilization before we know it or even cost us a Nation Championship (G-d forbid!). I mean you have talk on some blogs with worries about the Star Trek’s Replicators (Personally I’m thinking Smell-O-Vision will be the next big thing on the desktop PC… “Smells like Victory” maybe:), But the the Star Trek discussion concerns seem more centered in the form of a device that produces some sort of protein that turns us all into some kind of Swamp blob blog creature of the black lagoon.

Not to worry the swamp beastie beauties are covered in their own eBay reserve just in case anyone has any doubt. These are from the orginal line in the 1996 National Champion “Old Al” Steve Spurrier era Florida Gators “Win Sock!”. The “Original” Swamp monster. Been waiting a longtime for this day to arrive… didn’t think it would take over a decade to return to the National Championship. These are the “Original Win Sock” in mint condition with a new reinforced pole nylon pole and wind strap (Should read “Tornado Strap”) . Made in the USA (when that used to mean something to people). I only have a few of these little beastie beauties left. Make an offer. Fly them proudly on your car or truck or on your Game room wall, suitable for framing! These have sold at recent games for as much as $40 dollars a piece. Now online priced to sell 13 Old Al flags as a bundel package deal for everyone one on the honor team including the coach (or dad) Make an offer! SEC Proud. Go Gators!!!

Something like the weird weather tornado and hurricanes we’ve been having stranger things can still happen. Not to be confused with the TostitoFiesta Bowl (National Championship Storm of our own making but a Play-off season would be nice for the summer:).. Well since I really like the Swamp Creature, I think maybe this is some kind of plan hatched by Ohio State to do the swamp beastie in before they get a beautiful black buckeye… Hummm, very clever, allow the devils over at the TSA do the dirty work (Must have the Dan Quayle Speechwriter Robert Grady on the payroll)… No doubt they’ll impound the entire team at the airport if they get listed by the “Not so Friendly Skies” agency over at the TSA, which will no doubt make them as some kind of WMD. Well we have all had to endure or share of weird tornadoes and hurricanes weather to be bothered by a little hot air blowing in from Ohio State!

Despite the fact the TSA has been, up to this point, allowed to build their own secret data base on and steal the property of law abiding citizens in the flying public my money is still a bigger ballgame. I’m confident we will win in the end.  God Bless America!

Go Gators!!!
