Toothy, Tooth Fairy Pillow

Materials:
Caron Simply Soft – Off White
Small scrap of red or pink (for mouth)
Size H8/5.00MM Susan Bates hook
2 glue on eyes (or eyes of your choice, can be crocheted)
Weaving needle
Fiberfill

Body (Make 2)

Chain 21, turn
R1-10: SC in next st and in ea st across, ch 1, turn (20sc)
R11: Dec at beg & end of row, ch 1, turn (18sc)
R12-15: SC in next st and in ea st across, ch 1, turn (18sc)
R16: Dec at beg & end of row, ch 1, turn (16sc)
R17: SC in next st and in ea st across, ch 1, turn (16)
R18:Dec at beg & end of row, ch 1, turn (14sc)
R19-23: SC in next 7 sts, ch 1, turn (7sc)
R24-26: Sc in next st and in ea st across, ch 1, turn (7sc)
R27: Dec at beg of row, sc across, ch 1, turn (6sc)
R28-32: Repeat R27 until 1 st is left on hook. Fasten off.

2nd Point of tooth
R1: Attach yarn w/sl st to last sc of R24, sc in same st as sl st, sc across, ch 1, turn (7sc)
R2-3: SC in next st and in ea st across, ch 1, turn (7sc)
R4-9: Dec at beg of row, sc across, ch 1, turn (continue in this until 1sc remains on hook)
Do not Fasten off.

SC around outer edge of pattern making sure same number of stitches used on all equal sides. SC around a second time without 2 sts in ea corner. (1 st per row on sides, 2 sts in ea corner)

Make 2 pattern same as above, when finished do not fasten off. Pull a large loop so as not to unravel your work,

With red yarn & weaving/darning needle, whip stitch mouth where you want it to be. Secure on wrong side.

If you are crocheting the eyes (no pattern for eyes included), attach eyes at this point.
Attach pocket to back of pattern on right side with same color yarn as pocket using weaving needle and whip stitch, leaving the top open. (2 pocket patterns below.)

Once you have both sides completed and mouth, eyes & pocket attached, with hook sl st the two sides together leaving a large enough opening to fill with fiberfill. Once the fiberfill is in place, continue to sl st the two sides closed. Fasten off.

For Heart Pocket:
Ch 3, join to form ring. Ch 3, 3dc, 1 trc, 4dc in ring, 3dc around post of last dc, sl st in ring, 3 dc around beg ch 3, sl st to top of beg ch 3, ch 1, sc in ea st to bottom of heart (point), 2sc in bottom, sc in ea st to arch of heart, 2 sc in top arch, sc in ea st to point between 2 curve (V), sl st in bottom of V point, sc in ea st to top of other arch of heart, 2 sc in top, sc in ea st to beg ch 1. Fasten off.

For Square Pocket:
R1: Ch 8, sc in first ch next to hook & in ea ch across, ch 1, turn (7sc)
R2-6: SC in ea st across, ch 1, turn (7sc)
R7: Dec at beg & end of row, ch 1, turn (5sc)
R8: SC in ea st across. Fasten off.
