Grace (Diana Glenn), her boyfriend Adam (Andy Rodoreda) and her younger sister Lee (Maeve Dermody) take a fishing trip on a tidal river in tropical Australia . EP 12 - 30 APRIL

IRON MAN + i/v with Robert Downey Jnr and director Jon Faveau. When Tony Stark (Downey Jnr) is forced to create a life support suit to keep him alive after an accident he decides to use the technology in his suit to fight crime.

CACTUS - To gain some much needed cash John Kelly (Travis McMahon) accepts a job to kidnap and deliver professional gambler Eli Jones (David Lyons) to his keepers in the Australian outback: No questions asked. The kidnapping is meticulously planned, but the road John chooses takes him on a dark journey where every choice has tragic consequences.

MOLIERE - In 1658, playwright/actor Molière, having been given a theater in the capital by the King, is back in Paris after touring the kingdom of France with his company of players. One day, a young lady asks him to follow her to the deathbed of her mother... Thirteen years earlier, Molière already runs a troupe, but goes broke and is thrown to prison. Fortunately, his debt is covered by Monsieur Jourdain, a rich man who wants him to help him rehearse a one-act play he has written with a view to seducing a beautiful bright young widow, Célimène. As Jourdain is married to Elmire, and is the "respectable" father of two daughters, his design must remain secret, so Molière is introduced into the house as Tartuffe, an austere priest

TRANSYLVANIA + i/v with director Tony Gatlif. The latest film from Tony Gatlif (EXILES, VENGO, SWING, LATCHO DROM, GADJO DILO) and starring the remarkable and charismatic Asia Argento, TRANSYLVANIA is a romantic and vibrant tale of love lost and found. Peppered with a vibrant, authentic gypsy soundtrack, it's a heady road trip through an unknown landscape and an investigation into the meaning of freedom. Zingarina arrives in Transylvania, in the heart of Romania , looking for the man she loves. She had met him in France , but one day he left without a word of explanation. With her friend, Marie, who jealously watches over her, Zingarina throws her body and soul into a romantic quest and gets caught up in a fascinating land. But when she finds her former lover in the midst of a pagan festival, he brutally rejects her. Mad with anguish, she then flees Marie, who reminds her too much of her past, to fully merge into this new land, Transylvania, where she meets Tchangalo, a loner, a man like her, without borders, without ties.

MADE OF HONOR - For Tom (Patrick Dempsey), life is good: he’s sexy, successful, has great luck with the ladies, and knows he can always rely on Hannah (Michelle Monaghan), his delightful best friend and the one constant in his life. It’s the perfect setup until Hannah goes overseas to Scotland on a six-week business trip…and Tom is stunned to realise how empty his life is without her. He resolves that when she gets back, he’ll ask Hannah to marry him – but is floored when he learns that she has become engaged to a handsome and wealthy Scotsman and plans to move overseas. When Hannah asks Tom to be her “maid” of honour, he reluctantly agrees to fill the role…but only so he can attempt to woo Hannah and stop the wedding before it’s too late.

Cast changes to CSI: Miami, SVU, Back to You

More cast changes ahead for shows that are popular in Australia.

Further news on the exit of Gary Dourdan from CSI suggests he may have been fired, with speculation it relates to an 'ongoing personal problem.' In 2005 Dourdan pleaded not guilty to domestic violence, and last year a video of him attacking a photographer did the rounds of the net.

Now CSI: Miami is to lose Khandi Alexander (medical examiner Alexx Woods) at the end of the season. TV Guide's Michael Ausiello reports, "I'm not 100 percent certain, but, from what I gather, it wasn't one of those mutual deals we've been hearing about so much lately. Let's just say Alexander had some, um, issues with a certain aspect of the show and leave it at that, K?"

Law and Order SVU's Diane Neal (Casey Novak 2003-2008) will be leaving the show at the end of season 9. There are again rumours of a firing. Ausiello says, "Asked if she was blindsided by the news, Neal, choosing her words carefully, responds, 'I don't know if blindsided is the right word.... I've lasted longer – by several years – than almost any other ADA (in the Law & Order universe). So every year I've been like, 'Is this going to be the one when I leave?' Dick Wolf is known for replacing his cast regularly. And the truth is, I'm really looking forward to the future.'"

Adam Beach (Det. Chester Lake) is also departing Law & Order: SVU at the end of the current season. Producers and Beach have decided not to exercise a renewal option.

Meanwhile in Back To You, weather girl Montana (played by Ayda Field) will disappear after shooting one more episode. Producers and the network decided the character had run its course.

They also decided to go in a "different direction" and recast Gracie, daughter of
Kelly Carr (Patricia Heaton). Lily Jackson takes over the role from Laura Marano from episode ten. The first new ep after the extensive writer's strike, which we should see in a few weeks.

Supreme ending for It Takes Two

Mary Wilson, one of the original Supremes, will guest star on the grand final of It Takes Two this Tuesday night.

She will perform River Deep Mountain High with Human Nature.
Wilson, who was the longest-standing member of The Supremes until it disbanded in 1977, will open the show.

Dannii Minogue, judge from Australia's Got Talent, will also feature, singing Xanadu. Minogue has just joined Olivia Newton John, the song's hitmaker, on her Great Wall of China charity walk.

It Takes Two will be fought between Julia Morris and footballer Russell Robertson, hoping to be the first male to win the show's title. All the cast will reunite when the eight past couples return to sing a medley of their best song performed during the series.

Press Release:

In an action-packed It Takes Two grand final, Melbourne footballer Russell Robertson and comedian Julia Morris will battle it out for the title of It Takes Two series three champion on Tuesday night at 7.30pm on Seven.

The race is wide open with Russell only securing a three point edge over Julia in last week’s semi final, finishing with a score of 72.
On the field Russell plays to his strengths and he is taking the same approach on Tuesday night. “Julia and Hobbo are very funny people and they’ve been using that. I just have to be the straight guy, you can’t try to compete because there’s only room for one comic star – and we have her – but there’s only room for one rocker – and we have him,” said Russell. If Russell takes line honours on Tuesday, he will be the first male winner in the show’s three year history, but stiff competition from Julia on the night could end the footballer’s dream run.

“Australia , I think it time that a nearly 40-year-old, overweight woman wins something in this country,” said Julia.

In an It Takes Two exclusive, the original and longest serving member of The Supremes, Mary Wilson, is flying in from the US especially to open the show, performing “River Deep Mountain High” with Australia ’s own Human Nature.

Showbiz veteran and Australia’s Got Talent judge Dannii Minogue returns to It Takes Two to perform “Xanadu”.

All the cast will reunite when the eight past couples return to sing a medley of their best song performed during the series.

The final two couples, Julia and David Hobson and Russell and Kate Ceberano, step up to the microphone one last time to be judged on three performances – a fast and a slow song that they have performed before and a new song that reflects their time on the series.

“I reckon we’ve all already won,” said Julia.

It Takes Two is a BBC format, and is a co-production between BBC Worldwide and Seven.

An H for Holly, please

Sorry Lara, seems the audition was bungled.

Now it's Holly Brisley who is the fave to join Tim Campbell on Nine's new wheel, dubbed
Million Dollar Wheel.

"We are doing callbacks over the next few weeks and Lara will not be one of the girls coming back for a second audition," a Nine spokeswoman told news.com.au

More than 700 starlets have reportedly applied for the role (really?) including It Takes Two performer Chloe Maxwell, radio gal Lizzy Lovette, model Ali Mutch and one-time lipgloss queen Gemma Gawned.

Holly Brisley is said to have on-screen chemistry with Tim Campbell, no doubt due to their experience on Home and Away.
