Located on the corner of Winson Green Road and Wellington Street, the Winson Green Picture Palace opened in 1914. It was always under independent ownership.

It closed on 21st March 1959 with Richard Attenborough in "Sea of Sand" and "Suspended Alibi". The building was subsequently demolished.
