Ch 10ds, j to p in middle of any chain in round 1, 10ds rw. 3. R 8ds, p, 4ds, p, 4ds, p, 8ds cl rw. 4. Ch 10ds, j to p in middle of next chain in round 1, 10ds rw. Repeat steps 3 and 4 eight times.
