Launch TMAJ


Start TMAJ Application

The above link will launch TMAJ for the JHU Tissue Microarray Core Facility.

Images and data from published papers can be viewed in the Images application. To view the images and data:
  1. Click the above link
  2. After the main screen is displayed,  click the login button
  3. Enter the following login information and click the Okay button.
         username: guest
         password: guest
  4. Finally, click the Images button.

Demo

A demo version is provided where anyone can view all the applications as an administrator.   To launch the demo application, click on the link below and enter the following login information:  
         Launch Demo Application
    username: demo
    password: demo


Download

TMAJ may be downloaded here for free.  You will need to create an account to download the software. 

Please note that this is an beta release only.

When downloaded, the tmaj zip file will include a copy of the source code, along with a compiled version. Instructions for installing TMAJ from a compiled version can be found in the manual.  

The license for TMAJ is also available.
