The motorcycle is ready for its close up Mr. DeMille, and new is looking old in the latest Indian Jones movie.

Premiering May 22, 2008, LucasFilm and Paramount will introduce the fourth Indiana Jones movie in the unforgettable series, "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of Crystal Skull." The movie stars Harrison Ford, and the young rising star, Shia La Beouf. Harley-Davidson provided a Softail Springer motorcycle to be modified and featured in the film.

The new Harley-Davidson was customized to fit into the time period portrayed in the movie. Behind the scenes footage of the motorcycle being used in a chase scene can be found here.

To highlight Harley-Davidson's presence in the movie and celebrate its involvement, each dealer will have the opportunity to obtain 30 sets of tickets to the movie (60 tickets total-$12 value per ticket) at no charge. These tickets will be used in local markets to help drive customer traffic to the dealerships during the peak of riding season. The promotional period will be May 1-June 1, 2008.

Dealers will receive a pack of 30 uniquely coded, branded cards to hand out to qualified customers. Each card will have the value of two movie tickets. With these cards, the customer will be directed to a Web site where they can download and print off their two free movie tickets. Tickets can be downloaded off the microsite May 1 through June 1, 2008. Tickets must be used by June 30, 2008 and are only good for "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of Crystal Skull."
