The Scholarships and Student Aid Office runs a Work Study Program that provides students with financial assistance through part time employment on campus. Acceptance to the program is based primarily on financial need. Academic standing is also considered. Students may apply if they are registered full time in a degree program, are in satisfactory academic standing and demonstrate financial need. A Work Study Application must be submitted to the Scholarships and Student Aid Office.

Applications are available on-line for students currently registered at McGill. Please log-in to MINERVA and visit Financial Aid to complete an application.

Work Study does not guarantee employment and therefore should not be included as a resource for budgeting purposes.
