Nimsoft Wins "Best Place to Work Award", Sponsored by San Francisco Business Times

Employees rank Nimsoft highly on employee policies, culture and compensation, scoring a 93.79 out of a possible 100 points

Redwood City, Calif. – May 1, 2008 – Nimsoft Inc., the “Big 4” alternative for IT performance and availability monitoring solutions, today announced that the San Francisco Business Times has awarded Nimsoft as a Best Place to Work in the Bay Area. Out of thousands of applications across all industries, Nimsoft ranked No. 12 in its category, scoring a 93.79 out of possible 100 points. The Best Place to Work award recognizes Nimsoft for its outstanding culture, employee recognition and benefits. Nimsoft has 40 employees in the Bay Area, but 165 employees worldwide.

The Best Places to Work in the Bay Area is an annual awards program that pinpoints the top 100 companies in the area. The ranking was based entirely on the anonymous responses of company employees, who must have completed an online, multiple choice questionnaire that tabulated their level of satisfaction with their jobs, their confidence in the future prospects of the company, trust in co-workers, manager effectiveness, work engagement, compensation and whether they felt valued in the company.
