Just got your pdf, a read it. It’s pretty good. Definitely some pieces I can take from it. Thanks. Also, I’m keeping your feed in my reader - I’ve found some really good stuff on your blog already. Keep up the good work.
Thanks :O)
Certainly. It’s my pleasure.
Subscribed by e-mail, can’t find a download link for the free e-book… bummer. Help me out?
The download link is under each post in either your email or RSS feed.
Excellent report, Chris! I especially liked your 10 key ways to promote flagship content! I would love to share your report, and have a “free downloads” section on my blog… may I include your report there? (Complete with your link at the end, of course.)
In any case, thanks for the wonderful resource!
Bonnie
Sure you can distribute it providing it stays unedited, intact and with an attribution link on the download page :O)
Great! Thank you so much, Chris!
Thanks Chris! The report was fantastic and came at just the right time as we are creating our flagship content!
@Bonnie, @Sterling, glad you like it, look out for the next one soon!
Great! Useful resource for write content
I downloaded this via the feeds last week and it’s a really good read. More people should know such things, as everyday more and more people are putting focusing on making their sites look fancier instead of making their content better.
Thanks for making this available for everyone Chris.
Great !! thanks chris
I read the comments above about missing the download link.
I subscribed via RSS and think I found a small point of confusion. In my RSS feed there is a link at the top (after you expand the feed item) with a link to the ebook that has the url http://www.chrisg.com/killer-flagship-content-free-ebook-to-download/ — This is not the ebook link.
This is the link for this page. You have to scroll down to the bottom to find the link with the .pdf url to download.
I was fresh awake after a nap this afternoon, and had to go back and forth on this about 5 times before I figured it out.
Hope that might help those that follow!
Brett
Great stuff! My review is here.
great report!thanks!
Thanks Chris! The report was fantastic and personally, very useful.
Hey Chris,
looks like a great blog here and can’ wait to read the ebook. I’ll be back;-)
Hey Chris - I have been using your Feedvertising idea to help promote a contest I have been running lately. But I found that people using My Yahoo and Firefox Live Bookmarks can’t get to those links, because they only get headlines, no post content.
Have you come across this, and if so, have you found a workaround? Thanks!
-Wendy
Some people have told me they couldn’t see the link but I just assumed it was glitches and not down to their reader - I will ask in future what they are using. Thanks for the tip off
Hi Chris,
I just received your first e-mail and thought I’d let you know that the download link is somewhat hard to see if you “Read all messages in plain text” as I tend to do for security reasons… But I have downloaded it now, thanks!
Marcel
