http://www.globalmarijuanamarch.org/ high guys, today we are marching for legal cannabis here in copenhagen. we expect at least 3000 ppl on the streets. afterwards we have partytime in christiania. hope some of you atend some of the many other marches around the globe for legal cannabis. the law has gotten much worse after the ultra right wings came to power here. so we really need to stand up now. hey growdoc- that is nice to hear -
as a member of the fri hash bevægelsen in denmark - We would love to get in contact with other pepol that are making a event fore the first saturday in may, just to hear what they do and we maby we can help each other. This year march - was properly the most organized one - we made a press release that sayed we where making a 3.6 meter long joint and then we add some citations from pro cannabis pepol , that worked we hade a front page in one news paper, there where artices in 2 other major news papers in denmark and a 24 houre news channel made a small rapport that they showed many times. The program fore this year march was long, it was a star demo, where 2 groups of pepol meet at a central place, join together and then we walked back to the where the goverment stay. We (but who we dont know) from the fri/free hashish bevægelsen/movement had collected hashish from good pepol.  Here are the Fruit pibes - we use all the hashish in the pibes and offer it to pepol fore free  here we are putting up the joint  This here is oure own police - they are so sweet -  Here is the real police, talking to Klaus Tuxen, a long time cannabis activist  here we are at the town hall, look at all this pepol, all loving cannabis and marching fore it  some more pics of the crowed  And here is a pic of us at the goverment site, where we had invited 3 political pepol to speak and a poet (he was the best) and 2 bands played.  Adjusting the joint  The man one the pic has this homepage www.jointen.dk where he brags with his 120gram hashish joints (he is really a sweet man loves to play football and make huge joints or other smoking devices) After the march and the stay at the goverment place we, turned back to christiania, where there where more musik and free Marijuanna chai. It was a allover succes and I will strongly advise anybody who has the power to make a pro cannabis event one time a year to celebrate and advokate fore a legalisation of cannabis. It is very fun and hard but it is all worth it. ¨ hope you can understand my english, edit; the red small house, that are under the joint, is a reconstruction of a pusher stand, from christiania- from the good times where selling of cannabis was open, not legal but not policed very much. I'm sorry that I was unable to attend any of the marches this year, but I'm already watching to hear about plans for next years so that I can be certain to request the day off well in advance. Thanks for getting out and getting active. It does my heart good to see all of those people out there. It makes me feel hopeful. |

How is it possible that you have so few people marching for cannabis at usa...?
i read that there were ~20 people at Los Angeles, wtf?  We have more people marching at cities with pop. under 30 000... |

@HHF, glad you enjoyed it , they are pic´s taken by pepol attending the march. @CArd put your thumps up, not down- fore any amount off pepol attending a march In denmark pepol are pretty used to go to the streets and protest, I dont know abouth USA but maby that is some part off the reason, maby also hard police that make is impossibel to smoke on the streets |

wtf hasnt pot been legalized already. no one goes out and marches for heroin or crack, theres obviously a huge difference yet there still held in the same bracket =(. atleast in the US not sure about poland

There protesters lurred the police to storm and then when they did pepol was standing with home made motolow coctails - gas bombs - paint bombs and rocks. the police used tons of tear gas.
