Schapelle's brother set to walk free

Schapelle Corby's brother will walk free from prison next month after pleading guilty to stealing drugs during a violent home invasion at Rochedale.

James Kisina was sentenced to four years jail, suspended after ten months.

The 19-year-old has already spent nine months behind bars.

In January, Kisina, his cousin, and a friend armed themselves with a baseball bat and machete and terrorised a couple to obtain cannabis.

Kisinas mother Rosleigh Rose says her son has learnt his lesson and she is determined to find him a job.

"I think it was fair all around," she said.

The Corby family plans to call sister Mercedes in Bali to pass on the news to Schapelle.
