PAX Weekend.

It's been a crazy week as we moved offices...but I forgot to post this link to the story on this weekends PAX event. I'll be there tomorrow afternoon hanging out...and then I am on a panel at 6pm. If you read my blog, please try to find me to say hello. Look for me to blog about the event tomorrow night (if I am not too tired) or Monday.

New Forum features ?

I hang out a lot in the Xbox.com forums. We are looking to upgrade the forum software in the future, but I think I found a feature that we MUST have.

(P.S. If anyone wants to do one of these for the Xbox forums...let me know)

Check out this (rather long winded) review of the Portable Media center that is coming out from Creative.

Top games on Xbox Live

Do you ever wonder what the most popular games are on Xbox Live? Check out the Top 25 list on Xbox.com. We update every week or so, and it's a good way to see what's going on.

Moving!

Microsoft has this thing where every few months you move offices.....it's just they way things are. You do it to get closer to your new team, or when a team needs more space. In our case, we need more space. So we are moving offices later this week. That means that I won't have a lot of time to blog..since I need to pack up my office. We are moving to the third floor of our building..from the second floor. I may be kinda quiet during the move...but don't worry I am not going anywhere...ok, I am...but it's just to the third floor with the rest of my team.

Off Topic: Did you know Cheerleaders get Superbowl rings?

I sure didn't, until I read this story

What sites do you subscribe to?

Let me know what other sites I should read via RSS. Three things I look for:

1) A site that updates more then once/week.
2) A site that gives full text in the RSS feed.
3) The site has to be interesting and relevant to gaming or technology.

If you want to share your OPML file with me, I'll take that as well...that way I can import it directly into my FeedDemon.

What are you doing this weekend?

If you are in the Seattle area...check out the PAX event. PAX is the Penny Arcade Expo, August 28 and 29th here in Seattle. Put on by the guys over at Penny Arcade (yea, the guys who do that funny comic strip) this promises to be much more then a geekfest LAN Party.

I'll be on a couple of panels discussing the industry, online and more.
Head over, sign up and drop me an email of you are going to be there...so I can look for you.

Fable update

Logged (too) many hours in Fable this weekend. Bought some new weapons, a house and have settled in nicely with the locals. Prepare to loose a lot of your time when you get your hands on this game.
