Q: Can my child accompany me into the casinos?
A: Children are allowed to pass through casinos accompanied by an adult. However, children cannot stand around in gaming areas while adults gamble. Get more information through Showroom and Casino Policies.
Q: What is the curfew in Las Vegas?
A: The county curfew law applies to anyone younger than 18 years of age who is not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. They must be off the streets and out of any public areas from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., Sunday through Thursday, and midnight to 5 a.m., Friday and Saturday, legal holidays and during summer vacation. On the Strip and streets surrounding the Strip, the year-round curfew hours are 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., Sunday through Thursday, and 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., Friday, Saturday and legal holidays.
Q: How old do you have to be to drink or gamble?
A: The legal age is 21 for drinking and gambling.
Q: I am under 21 but would like to go to a dance club. Do you have any under-21 clubs?
A: No. All Las Vegas dance clubs serve alcohol and you must be 21 years old with a valid I.D. to enter.

A: There are some shows that children are not allowed to attend, specifically late-night shows that contain nudity. See Showroom and Casino Policies.
Q: Do children have to be in a car seat in a taxi cab?
A: The Nevada Taxicab Authority says it is a good idea, but it is not mandatory.
Q: Where should I stay with my family?
A: All hotels accept children. Some have more activities than others -- check the Attractions page.
Q: Do hotels offer cribs or extra beds for kids?
A: Most of the hotels do offer rollaway beds, and some have cribs, usually on a first-come, first-served basis. The hotels do charge for each night the extra bed is used. The price varies for each hotel.
