06/16/2008 07:44 PM CDT - If there is a movie made about the national foreclosure crisis, it could follow the trail of Michael Prieskorn. As detailed by reporter Jennifer Bjorhus in Sunday's newspaper, it would include these elements: housing "sales" with paid "buyers" who may have never seen the homes; a wide-open, lightly regulated loan market; greed as far as the eye can see; and new homes and condos with "foreclosure" signs and algae growing in the swimming pools.

And wouldn't a major artery into downtown Minneapolis be eliminated, forcing the 20,000 to 30,000 displaced trips per day to utilize 10th Avenue, I-35W and I-94? University Avenue and Fourth Street at 10th Avenue and I-35W will be even more congested than they are now.
