This Danish site, which has now been translated into 32 languages, teaches kids English by introducing them to Mingoville, a universe inhabited by flamingos that speak only English. Students can maintain a profile, which stores details such as the number of hours spent in each activity, to help parents and teachers guide their children and track their progress. Featuring extensive use of multimedia, rich images, flash animation, and music, Mingoville was created with Dreamweaver, Flash, Flash Lite, Flash Media Server, Flash Player, Flex, Flex Builder, Photoshop, InDesign, and Audition.
