To launch a new grocery retailer in 56 locations across the UK, creating a brand and marketing strategy to grow sales quickly and entice a diverse customer base.

Developed brand, positioning statements and marketing strategy for the chain followed by the creation of a sense of theatre in store through point of sale and display materials. Marketed the stores through leaflet drops to surrounding homes and press and radio advertising, conveying core values and promotional offers. Community Fun Days were held at most stores over a six week period to introduce the brand to local residents, all supported by PR activity within the local press.
