Outpost Gallifrey is an extremely high-traffic website... because of that, we tend to get a lot of email. While we appreciate your comments and feedback, please note that you may not receive a reply. It's not that I don't appreciate your email, it's simply due to a lack of time on my part to answer everyone; I have a full-time job and a life, and this is just a hobby. I do try to respond to questions regarding the website, queries about the Gallifrey conventions, and personal comments, as much as I am able. Even if you don't get a reply to a personal comment, please rest assured that I've received it and do appreciate it very much! Also, I do not respond to the following types of messages: answers to trivia questions; queries regarding actors' agents or merchandise vendors; requests for news and information beyond what's on the Doctor Who news pages on this site; or derogatory comments. If you have questions that can be answered by fandom in general, we welcome you to consider joining the Doctor Who Forum at Outpost Gallifrey where you can ask questions of other fans. Outpost Gallifrey welcomes any and all news submissions, be they on the new series or the 'classic' series -- our readers' submissions are what make this place so invaluable. Simply send any and all news items to the address below. You may not receive a reply, but be sure to check the news pages for your submissions. Note that my policy for crediting submissions is simple: the first person to submit information usually receives credit; however, when multiple submissions each contain information not found in the other(s), I will credit all of the submittors whose submissions fall into this category.

For a review, article, feature, etc., you can send them to the contact email address above. Please submit only in regular text or, if you are submitting a file, in either Microsoft Word or RTF format only. Please note that Outpost Gallifrey is completely open to unsolicited reviews and feature articles from fans; you don't need to find out if it's okay if you submit! Just make sure you include your real name. Note that this is no guarantee whatsoever that we will use your review and article, simply an open-door submissions policy. Please note that we are no longer accepting fan fiction for this site! If you want to share your fanfic, you can do so in the Fan Fiction section of our Forum (where we also have a fan illustration/fan art section, fan video/audio section and other sections dedicated to popular Doctor Who pursuits!)

This website serves as the homepage for the Gallifrey One conventions in Los Angeles Please note that general questions about the convention will be answered as promptly as possible, including questions about programming, guests, hoteling, scheduling or other matters. However, if your question concerns an administrative issue such as membership processing or whether your check has been received/processed, it will be forwarded to our Membership group and may take a few days for someone to get back to you (as I am not involved in that end of the convention.)

Outpost Gallifrey has merely been the site host for the web page of the Time Meddlers of Los Angeles (now moved to their own server); please visit the club's page for information on how to contact them. I do not handle any email regarding the club, so please do not contact them via the Outpost; their email address is on that page. Regarding Ambrosia Books, the store closed in late 2004 and I am unable to answer any queries about it or help you contact the former owners.
