In his Top Rank debut, WBO #3 lightweight Anthony Peterson (27-0, 19 KOs) pounded out a methodical twelve round unanimous decision over veteran Fernando Trejo (19-13-4, 17 KOs) on Thursday night at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas. Peterson was in command all the way as he logged a one-sided 120-108, 120-108, 119-109 score in winning the NABF interim lightweight title.

Unbeaten jr middleweight Vanes Martirosyan moved to 20-0 with 13 KOs after a ten round unanimous decision over former world title challenger Angel Hernandez (28-7, 16 KOs). Martirosyan dropped Hernandez in round one, but was forced to go the route, taking a shutout 100-89 verdict on all cards.
