Generating XML Output Breaks on ColdFusion MX 6.1 (DevNet Version Only)

The Devnet Professional Edition of ColdFusion MX 6.1 is intended for development use only and not for production use. One of the things that this edition of ColdFusion MX does is put a "watermark" into the code it generates -- a meta tag that identifies it as development-only software. This included content will cause any generated XML to be improperly formatted, as the additional information added to it may not be well-formed.
