Webb up for 'Summer' lovin'

April 27, 2007 Music video director Marc Webb will make his feature directorial debut on "(500) Days of Summer," an anti-romantic comedy for Fox Searchlight. Webb is one of the most in-demand music video directors who had yet to jump into the moviemaking game, helming videos for My Chemical Romance, Weezer, Fergie, Green Day and Snow Patrol. Awards, and his videos for AFI's "Miss Murder" and All-American Rejects' "Move Along" respectively won best rock video and best group video at the 2006 MTV Video Music Awards.
