Chris began his career at NH GRANIT in October, 2000. He began as a GIS Technician, digitizing various features from hard copy maps into a digital format for a number of GRANIT projects. Since then, he has become the GRANIT Conservation / Public Lands Database manager and has managed a number of other projects including the development of Digital Flood Insurance Rate Maps (DFIRMs) for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
Chris received his B.S. in Geography from the University of New Hampshire in 2000. His interests include movies (particularly Wes Anderson films), music, and the 2004/2007 World Champion Boston Red Sox. |

Jen began her career with GRANIT as GIS Database Manager in March, 2000. As GIS Database Manager, Jen is responsible for distributing the GRANIT database and providing technical support to data users. Jen's other primary projects include maintaining the GRANIT website and the Data Mapper, as well as providing the services offered by the NH CommunityViz Technical Resource Center.
Jen received her B.S. in Natural Resources from UNH in 1999. She is also currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics. Hopefully, Jen will finish her MBA by December of 2008! |

Fay Rubin serves as Director of the GRANIT System, the NH statewide geographic information system. In that capacity, she oversees a variety of data development, system implementation, and application projects addressing planning and resource management issues at the state, regional and local levels. Her primary responsibility is maintenance of the GRANIT GIS Clearinghouse, developing and serving data and analyses to the geospatial user community in the state and the region.
In addition to project work, Fay represents the NH GIS community on a number of regional/national committees, including serving as a board member for the New England Chapter of URISA, as a member of the NASA/NSGIC liaison committee, and as the NH affiliate to the Institute for Applied Geospatial Technologies. At the state level, she serves as a member and co-founder of the NH GIS Advisory Committee, as an advisory board member for NH View (the NH chapter of America View), as a steering committee member for the Center for Integrative Regional Problem Solving, and as a steering committee member of the NH GIS Conservation Collaborative.
Fay has a BA and MA in Economics from the University of New Hampshire.

Meghan is a junior at Brigham Young University majoring in Geospatial Intelligence and minoring in Geographic Information Systems. She is working with GRANIT to update and digitize conservation lands as part of the Conservation Lands Mapping Project. She loves the outdoors, snowboarding, and GoogleEarth. |
