OUR VISION is to be a customer-oriented, employee-centered

want our employees to treat the customer.
OUR MISSION is to promote, and help create an environment which
allows and encourages maximum employee performance.
We will do that by recruiting, training, and retaining our workforce,
providing for the fair and consistent administration of personnel
practices in hiring and promotion, pay and benefits administration,
