On the links page you will find some connections that we have with other churches, ministries and organisations near and far, as well as links to some of the doctrinal standards that shape our church both historically and in the present.
After 10 years of careful negotiation and the gradual evolution of exciting plans for the redevelopment of the commercial properties and congregational facilities owned by the Scots' Church Properties Trust, we are delighted to be able to announce that the minister for planning, Justin Madden, has approved the plans submitted by the developer APN and the project will now go ahead in the next couple of years.
This includes the Trustees' intention to purchase and renovate the Assembly Hall for use as congregational offices, meeting rooms and halls.
Our deepest gratitude is extended to Miss Rae Anstee, Chairman of Trustees, and to Bruce Evans, Helen Holman and Jim Nuske, Trustees, who have persevered through many difficult days to deliver a truly remarkable outcome that will secure the long term preservation of both the Scots' Church and the Assembly Hall and continue to provide the support for ministry in the CBD that they have done in recent years.
