any emails that are significantly indecipherable
any emails that are trying to sell or promote a product
any emails that have been sent to multiple recipients
any emails that are significantly beyond the remit of this web site
We have established a set of Targets to ensure that we reply to emails to the satisfaction of our users whilst remaining within the constraints of the resources available to us.
Please note that the Parliamentary web site is not able to forward any emails on to MPs or Peers. This includes emails received by the House of Commons Information Office, the House of Lords Information Office and the Webmaster.
