Ashima Suneja, BSc, ND has attained a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto and the Naturopathic Doctor (ND) from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. She holds professional memberships with the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors and the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors. All aspects of an individual (mental, emotional, physical and spiritual) are taken into consideration to determine where an imbalance may be causing distress. Ashima’s philosophy on treatment and prevention: it needs to be seen as a team effort, where all parties involved invest time and energy to achieve the goal. Ashima’s preferred modalities of treatment include Traditional Chinese Medicine (including acupuncture), Nutritional Counseling, Botanical Medicine, Lifestyle Counseling, Homeopathy, Hydrotherapy, and Cranio-sacral therapy.
