Irish Enterprise South is the second half of our Irish Enterprise Project from our dedicated Irish team.
This part of the route will run from Dundalk to Dublin and will feature the suburban Dart system which starts at Malahide in the Dublin area. For people who already have Irish Enterprise North installed there will be some slight changes to the Belfast track layout.

Enterprise South leave Dundalk through gently rolling countryside until Drogheda and the River Boyne. Drogheda is the location of the diesel railcar depot and is the Northern limit of the Northern line commuter services. The disused cement works branch line to Tara Mines is also modelled.

Moving further south, we pass Mosney a station originally built on a bi directional loop which is still used to provide some extra capacity.
From Drogheda, the route cotinues south, through a string of small stations, many of which retain original GNR(I) buildings and features despite thier use as increasingly busy commuter stations. The line skirts the coach in several locations and the beach can be seen in places.
After passing Maldahide and the extreme reach of the Dart commuter system, Howth junction marks the beginning of urban Dublin. Here a branch come in the select and up market costal town of Howth,
Release was originally pencilled in for 1st Quarter 2007, but as ever things ran late. The route is now complete, the activities written and the stock at the final stages. There is just a little bit of tidying up to do. There is no release date confirmed yet though.
Irish Enterprise South will be either a Stand Alone route (Dundalk - Dublin) or if you have Irish Enterprise North installed you will get Belfast Dublin in One Route.
Due to the previous publishing agreement with Contact Sales regarding the Irish Enterprise North we are unable to offer a complete version on a single CD or DVD.
