ORLANDO -- Casey Anthony, the mother of missing 3-year-old Caylee Anthony, is now a free woman.
After spending the last month behind bars, Casey Anthony was released from jail around 10:30 a.m. Thursday.
California bounty hunter Leonard Padilla and a bail bondsman posted the bail for Casey Anthony earlier this week. See previous story.
Things didn't go completely smoothly during her release after Anthony's attorney Jose Baez shoved a photographer that got too close.
Anthony said that ruined plans for Casey to show her face.
"We stopped for a brief moment, and she told me in my ear, she wanted me to take the umbrella down (be)cause she said to me 'Jose, I'm innocent. I'm gonna walk out of this place with my head high,'" said Baez.
Anthony had been behind bars on charges of child neglect and lying to authorities.
