The third episode begins with housemates suffering insomnia. None of them have slept the entire night, as the task was to sleep in total of 100 hours till Wednesday. They all decide to sleep and wake up in some time.

The first alarm rings, but no one wakes up. At the second alarm, the first one to wake up is Ketki Dave who's shocked to see everybody sleeping…. All housemates wake up at the third alarm.

Singer Debojit Saha is sad he can't do his riyaz, and keeps pleading to Bigg Boss to get his musical instrument. He even gets the other housemates to plead his case.

Further in the episode, Raja tells Ashutosh teasingly to teach Jade Goody some Hindi. He starts with A for Aloo, B for Bhaloo... and Jade, though amused, starts leaning it.

Jade is constipated since has not been to the loo for four days! The housemates give suggestions for her condition. Moreover, Rahul Mahajan, Debojit and Alina Wadiwala try to teach her the Indian style of using the loo, squatting in the process!

A little frustrated, Jade starts crying, as she is missing her children. Monica Bedi consoles her. But there's more trouble for Jade as further in the episode she finds out she's suffering from cancer.

Bigg Boss decides to bid her goodbye [SEE GOODBYE PICS] and wishes she recovers well.

In the end, Payal Rohatgi looks into the camera and wishes her mom "Happy Birthday".
