Wrapping a world clock, notes, events, and to-do functionality in a slick, compact Dashboard widget, Organized feels like one of those widgets (or apps) that Apple should have built itself. The notes, events, and to-do features all synchronize with Leopard's core services, so you'll see the same information in Mail and iCal (and hopefully soon, your iPhone). The world clock can pick from iSlayer's provided database of over 700 locations. Organized's integration with Leopard's Calendar Store means that it requires Leopard; sorry Tiger users.
Organized is definitely a 1.0, though, as it lacks a few expected features and exhibited some bugginess in our testing. For example: while you can create new tasks and even calendars from Organized, you can't create new events. You can only view upcoming events for a range of dates from "today" to "next month."
We also ran into bugs when creating tasks. Clicking the plus sign would present a calendar selection dialog, but clicking "add" to create the task and provide details never worked for us. Canceling out of the dialog did work, however, but we found a bunch of blank "New To Do" tasks in iCal after testing this a few times, leaving us scratching our heads. iSlayer didn't get back to us about these issues before it was time to print.
One last particularly strange thing about Organized is its... unique icon of a rifle in what appears to be a violin case. Either iSlayer has some angst over an extremely long to-do list, or its developers have an interesting sense of icon humor.
1.0 bugs and strange icons aside, Organized is a great first effort that has already replaced Apple's default calendar widget in my Dashboard. The widget is offered as donationware, for which I'm heading off to PayPal now.
iSlayer got back to me with some answers which I can summarize:

This Friday's Apple links discuss Flickbook for iPhone changing its name, iPhone factory photos, the iTunes Store's status in China, good ol' Woz, and Japanese magazines about the iPhone.
